It is a beautiful place. We loved the location and the view. The only thing was the floor was dirty and there was thick dust on the baseboards behind the bathroom door. When wearing socks, the were blackened from the floor.

The unit that we stayed in was clean and what we expected. The building that the complex was in was a little less than we expected. The elevators were extremely slow and always full. The pool was closed for 3 days while we were there.

Short Getaway

This property is perfect, 15th floor so you have great views! It's in a great location for restaurants and shopping. Has all the amenities you'll need for a great vacation.

Everything was just like they said it would be. I loved that I could walk out on the balcony and see the ocean, it was a beautiful view. It was easy access to the pool and the ocean The room was clean. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends, O would definitely go back again.

Property was ok but not great

Unit itself was clean enough but overall property was a bit rundown. Shower had very little water or water pressure, bar of soap was not even enough for one person, and toilet paper was as cheap as you could get. It had a nice balcony and beautiful view of the ocean. Was in a good location.

Disappointing

Parts of the unit had not been cleaned. The combination lock on the door was a nightmare to work. The parking lot ramps were very dangerous. The elevators were horrible with long delays and once getting stuck for several minutes. The entrance from the building to the beach was not kept cleared of sand on the steps.

Vacation

My husband, myself and our two kids 10 and 9. Stayed in Jay’s Condo. The kids slept on the pull out couch and was plenty big enough for the two of them. The condo looked newly updated from the photos and was just that way when we arrived. Everything was clean and in nice condition. Cleanliness is super important to me and this condo was great! It was also just a short drive to Broadway at the beach as well as the Beach boardwalk and many other places. Jay was very informative and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Unit is small

First and foremost, our communication with the host was incredible. Very fast responses, was able to accommodate us to move dates because of my son’s national competition. Jay is an amazing host. As for the unit, it is smaller than it appears in pictures. This unit will sleep 2 comfortably. A family of 4, not so much. The cleanliness was fair. There were food crumbs from previous guests still in the sofa bed when we pulled it out. When we first arrived, it was as if the unit hadn’t been swept because of the sand still in the floor. There is not a washer/dryer in the unit, which is possibly user error as I was under the impression that there was because of my selected amenities using this app. There is a small laundromat at the resort, but only a few of the dryers work, and when I flipped the lights on to the laundromat to go pick up my clothes, roaches scattered everywhere. So use that information however you please. Bathroom is very small. There’s a wider area before the shower and toilet to accommodate anyone getting ready for the day/evening, but the shower and toilet area is very small which can be difficult for a larger human to maneuver. The kitchen/hallway area is very small. Do not expect to get by anyone comfortably if they are in this area. My main problem with the unit is the price for what you’re getting. I have paid far less for larger condos without the said issues. The listing is misleading, and in my opinion not worth the price being asked.

Baseball Getaway!

Stayed for the week to watch our son play college baseball at The Ripken Experience. Perfect for 2 of us! Clean, conveniently located, and just as described. Loved the sound of the ocean and sunrise every morning. Everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Awesome View

The condo we stayed in was very nice. The view was amazing waking up every morning listening to the waves crashing and watching the sunrise. Jay our host is a great person to work with. The only one bad thing about it was some of the dishes was put up dirty from the last attendant that stayed there but we have a problem washing them so it didn’t damper our stay at all

Beautiful stay

The property was very clean with lovely decor. Kitchen was well stocked. The balcony was wonderful, with comfortable chairs. The beds were very comfortable. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend this vrbo and hope to stay again!

Besties Trip

My Best Friend (for 50 yrs) and i came for a relaxing trip. The beach was AMAZING! Maybe leave info on the umbrellas and chairs so people k ow you have to rent them so they know cost.($50 for the day). We had a blast, thanks Jay!! Sunrise and sunset were absolutely beautiful we got some awesome photos WE WILL BE BACK!!!
