No Exaggeration...Truly a Piece of Heaven !

From the moment we walked through the door our eyes were wide with surprise and excitement. As we walked down the hallway the tasteful detail to decor and comfort assured us that we could not have chosen a better place to stay! The California king bed (which was very comfortable) was adorned with a pair of Swans artfully put together with bath towels...and each held a peppermint candy such a welcoming feeling! There was plenty of dresser and closet space. Walking further down the hall we came to the Kitchen/Living Area which contained absolutely everything to make our stay comfortable. The detail given to equipping the Kitchen was surprising with an added touch of a lazy suzan filled with bottles of spices. Appliances appeared new and it was a nice touch to find filled ice cube trays in the Freezer. THEN came the REAL REWARD...a large glass doorwall that opened to a Balcony and a breathtaking view of a beautifully manicured property, Palm trees, Beach and rolling surf. Reminded me of Hawaii!! The Building has been there awhile and shows some wear, however it is obviously undergoing upgrading with positive improvements. There is a well equipped Laundry room available on the 1st Fl, a little restaurant/bar, and a large game room. The outdoor area has two pools, hot tub, lounges, spacious astro turf areas with lawn games. There is a beautiful wooden walkway that leads to the beach area. Beach chairs can be rented. LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR RETURN! Thanks to the Owner!!

Ok for a short stay

No communication with Property Mgr.......Parking for an oversized vehicle (Full Size Yukon) was not good. Parking on first floor area very tight. Common areas not kept well. We were on 3rd floor and there was trash on the floor near the elevator the entire time we were there. Unit could use a "Deep Clean". Was looking for an outlet to plug in phone charger and a lot of "Dust Bunnies" Behind end tables. Phone #'s listed for check out seem to be incorrect. Noone on the #'s listed seemed to know what we were talking about in ref to checking out. We come to Myrtle 2 or 3 times a year but will not be back to this property.

Awesome

Have traveled all over the world - this was one of the best long-term rentals ever. Clean and updated with a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean from balcony. Great location and friendly hosts. Highly recommend.

As Described

Everything was as described. The easy of parking to the location of the room. The room is down a hallway that only has one other unit down there. No noise. The only down side is the bed but I have a bad back.

Great resort

This was a fun place to stay. Perfect view of the ocean. Well appointed condo with all the necessities. There are lots of families having a great time. This place is minutes away from everything you want to do in Myrtle Beach. The condo had a great resort feel. People we enjoying the pools, corn hole, hammocks, and ocean. Umbrella rentals set up directly in front of complex. Want to return

For the money i won't be staying again

It was such a beautiful resort. Its 3rd floor so the view was decent. But it was not that clean, the shower was covered in mold, the base around the toilet was full of dry urine, sand all over the floor and it smelt of cat urine. The bed sheets do not stay on, as other reviews say. The parking garage is awful. The view was beautiful, the pools were nice, the beach was clean. There was a lot of things to do just in the resort. The cannon ballz grill on the 1st floor was amazing. My husband is military and i needed to change the days so i messaged how we have been communicating. It was before the cancelation deadline. Never heard back so after some days i called and asked. It couldn't be done at that point but the communication was terrible with the office. I won't be spending that much money to stay here again.

Parking

Parking was absolutely terrible and had we not been there early we would not have been able to stay as we have a pickup and were not allowed to move beyond the first ramp which was nearly full at that point. The facility itself was very good as it relates to the outside amenities and the condo was small but suited out needs. Would we go back, absolutely not.

Last min Spring Break trip

We have stayed at many locations and sometimes the not the easiest to access the rooms or the beach… I absolutely loved that we could park on the 3rd floor and just go across the cross walk and our room was close.. the view was amazing… The only complaint I have is the sheets and bedding.. The sheets had no elastic to them and would not stay on the bed .. the pillows were just as bad.. The pools and hot tub were great!! I love the fact that they had so many of them…

Perfect stay!

We always look for privacy, quiet, clean, and location when we stay somewhere. This place was perfect in all aspects. We had everything we needed at the condo and the balcony was just what I needed for the weekend. I would recommend this place a thousand times over.

Overall, a great stay

A small problem when we arrived. We were supposed to have received the door combo by email at 4:00, arrived at 5:00 and no email. Called the unit owner and she quickly got back to us saying that vrbo had been having a problem all weekend and she then texted the code. The unit itself is very nice, the only 2 issues I could complain about was poor water pressure in the shower and the balcony door won't completely open (it opens enough to use the balcony). But those are just minor annoyances that didn't take anything away from enjoying our stay. The real issue with the property is the parking garage. This is horrible. Just an accident waiting to happen. We were looking at properties to purchase while we were vacationing and the parking garage alone made me not look at any units in this building. You did get used to it, but I couldn't imagine how bad it is in the summer with full occupancy.

Would stay again

Great little beach front condo with a beautiful view. Nicely decorated and in a good location for, close enough to get to the ‘action’ in minutes but not in the heart of the ruckus. Only issue was the sliding glass door was hard to open but a little WD40 will fix that. Really enjoyed our stay even though Ian tried to put a damper on it. Look forward to staying there again!

Lovely Condo

Condo was on the 3rd floor and had an amazing view of the beach & ocean. Bathroom & bedroom were huge. The pillows & mattress were very comfortable. It had everything you need in the kitchen to prepare a meal....dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots & pans etc. The resort itself looks like it had been renovated or in the process of doing maintenance. Walls were freshly painted and new carpets in the hallways were being installed. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay here again.
