Overall good stay

The condo was just like in the pictures. It could use a real deep cleaning and some updates, but after I disinfected it myself it was better. Although small, It worked well for 2 adults and 2 children. The tv did not work well and hard to navigate. The beds are not comfortable. When we arrive the one chair on the balcony had a broken piece and I notified the property manager with no response, but we made it work. The parking is good only if you have a small vehicle!! We have an oversized truck so we were very very limited to parking which was frustrating and thankfully after a couple days a lot of people left so it wasn’t as busy. So be aware when going during busy season if you plan on bringing a large SUV or truck. The building itself always seemed clean and the outdoor pool area was nice. Indoor pool was nice as well. The location is close to everything and convenient. Would consider staying in this building again but would bring a smaller vehicle next time.

Great Stay, Good Value

Clean condo with easy beach access. Great for myself and 2 children (one child actually adult age) to enjoy the sun and sand ebfore heading back to school. We usually rent a bigger place with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms when we have more people but this was just the right size for the 3 of us who didn't spend a ton of time indoors anyway. Plenty of room to sleep and nice kitchen area to fix a quick bite to eat before hitting the water. Was great to have food and drinks at the restaurant on site. Close to the boardwalk and Broadway at the Beach. Yet wasn't overcrowded. Would definitely recommend!

Your cleaning company is ripping you off. The top of the stove was greasy! The living room floor was very dirty. I dribbled coffee, which I wiped up. The paper towel was brown from the coffee and black from the floor. The unit its self was very cute. Even with the air running every day, the sheets and our clothing felt damp. Nice location and wonderful complex.

Exactly what we were looking for !

This unit is exactly how it appears in the listing. A great location- convenient to all things Myrtle Beach. Updated kitchen, 2 queens and an amazing view! It was clean and quiet. Other guests were very friendly and the on site kitty, Myrtle, is very social & sweet and greets you on your walks to & from the beach. Ample garage parking too.

Top-quality for last-minute trip

I had a last-minute idea on how to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday but no clue if it would be possible. Most of the hotels available either had super high rates or couldn't guarantee me an oceanside view (I've learned the hard way that "ocean view" can mean only one window can see the ocean). I had looked into VRBO before but never pulled the trigger on using them. I found this property listing and it checked all the boxes. Balcony with full view of the ocean, free parking onsite, indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs, close enough to all the action but far enough that it's not too loud, and resort fees that aren't borderline exorbitant. The rental property company was super helpful with my questions and timely with the information needed to check in. The room itself was as described and beautiful. Everything was perfect and it's obvious this company cares about its customers. I will definitely keep them in mind when we make plans for our next trip.

Family weekend

We visited for a long weekend with our teenage son. We had a great time! The condo was clean and suited our needs. We spent a lot of time on the balcony just admiring the view. Sunrises were amazing! The location was perfect! A few steps to the beach or a quick ride in the car to tons of shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again!

Great Stay

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach. Without knowing was to expect, I am thrilled that we ended up in this condo and at Beach Colony. The pictures were exactly what you got, but the Beach Colony resort is very family friendly and in a very safe area. My two boys had a blast and we will be back!

Fantastic vacation

The beach colony condo was everything as advertised and more . It was spotless and perfect for our needs . The view is beautiful from the balcony and the property is gorgeous ! The only negatives are the garage can be tricky navigating because of the narrow ramps , if you encounter someone coming from the opposite direction, someone has to back up. There is a no smoking policy which is obviously not enforced. The pot smell from the other balconies made us choke at times . Other thank those 2 things it was an amazing time !

Beautiful views

This rental was perfect for me and my daughter. We were there for relaxation and we got it. This rental is just far enough ftom the boardwalk to he quiet and less congested. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The beach was clean and not crowded. The sunrises were spectacular from our balcony.

Spring Break 2023

Beautiful Resort. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and comfy. Elevator times were the only negative. Large place with 4 elevators. 1 was out of order the entire time and another was being worked on 2 out of the 7 days. I'd definitely stay here again. Looking forward to our next trip.

Property was great, good location in a nice building. Beach view was the best. We Solent hours sitting in the sun on the balcony. Property manager stopped by to show set the smart TV up!! First timers with Vrbo and we were very pleased.
