Great vacation

great Myrtle Beach location

For two folks, this is the perfect condo. GREAT location-easy drive/walk to just about everything the Myrtle Beach area has to offer. We have chosen this condo three times while in the Myrtle Beach area. Very easy to navigate and also very safe and family oriented. Close to EVERYTHING.

Wonderful

Bob and Anne’s condo is beautiful and exactly as described. We had a wonderful time! Everything was perfect. We really enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the morning and watching beautiful sunsets from there in the evening. We appreciated all the details and suggestions along with that delicious bottle of wine. The resort itself is great and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Great Beach Access Location on 77th St

Great condo for two- loved the balcony and view of the ocean. Used the lazy River, fitness center, pool. Nice location near EVERYTHING. Even drove down to Calabash in a shot period of time. Could have used a few extra master bathroom towels, but guess I could have brought a few of ours from home to supplement. Overall it was a wonderful stay there.

Absolutely AmaZing!!!

My husband and I celebrated his 75th Birthday & our 38th Anniversary while staying in this lovely, clean and intimate condo and it, along with EVERYTHING about this trip, was perfect!! Our host, Bob and Anne, were personable and thoughtful and kicked off our first night with a nice bottle of wine waiting to welcome us. If you're planning a getaway... this is indeed the place to stay!!

30th anniversary

Bob and Anne had real pictures and were very attentive to all of our questions. This is a 5 star location. Building is exclusive as beach out back door and convenient for walking to great reestaurants.

Great Property and location

This property was clean and easy to get to. It is on the 8th floor but near the elevator, which was nice. Quiet building with a terrific view of the ocean. Pool was clean and not crowded at all. 2 minute walk to the sand. Would stay again.

Close walk to the beach

We had a really great stay, centrally located on the Myrtle Beach span, we even drove to Calabash one evening. Perfect for the two of us, loved the little fitness/ workout area. Felt very safe there and the parking area was convenient to accessing the 8th floor, where the condo was located. Great view.

The condo was everything we expected and more. The location was great, our host had everything we needed already there so we didn't worry about not having the basics. Only issue was the painters every morning on the balcony, plactic covered the view when sitting in the chairs, but we made the best of it. Maintenance is needed to keep up the place.
