Wonderful stay!!

The listing was exactly as advertised. And everyone loved it! It was spacious, conveniently located, and more intimate than if we had rented a hotel. The host was great with communication and very accommodating. Breakfast, snacks, full kitchen! They even had a fresh gallon of milk in the fridge :) we felt safe where we were staying and were able to walk to wherever we wanted to go. My group has already decided we want to stay again, next year but with a couple of extra days. Thank you again to Michael, his daughter, and staff. You helped make amazing memories!

Convenient Location

We enjoyed our stay at Michaels place. Convenient location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and pier. Michael was quick to respond when we had questions. He was very polite and always helpful. The provided snacks and breakfast were a hit with the kiddos!!

We loved the proximity to the beach, Boardwalk, Pier, and Family Kingdom. Our teenagers loved being in the center of all the fun. Michael was attentive to every detail. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay! I would love to leave you a 10/10 review! Excellent Customer Service, Clean Place, All of the accommodations anyone can ask for and more! The stove to oven pots and pans were awesome! The extra thought put into the snacks, shampoo, body wash, detergent, cereal and milk did not go unnoticed! Thank You for being a great host and taking the extra mile! Truly a home away from home!

This property is amazing! It is spacious, clean, inviting and most of all comfortable. This property is walking distance to alot attractions, restaurants and beach. I loved that the manager/owner was accessible and quick to respond to any questions we had. He also sent a list of attractions and restaurants that is popular around Mrytle Beach. To put the icing on the cake, they provided snacks! If you are looking for a unit that sleeps a big family, this unit is perfect. I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It felt like a home away from home. Michael and his team did a good job answering our questions and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The only thing I wished was that at least one of the master bedrooms had a master bathroom. It wasn't a big problem, because we made it work. But just something I wished for. Lol Whenever I do come back to Myrtle Beach, I will be staying here. Thank you Michael & team for everything!

Wedding Bliss

My hubby and sons stayed at this wonderful location for a wedding of our nephew that was about 15 minutes away. The place was clean, snacks and breakfast provided, constant communication with the owner, and plenty of space with four bedrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and would stay there again. Feel at home

We enjoyed hiking and walking short distances to the beach and the restaurants! My only concern is the noise coming from the second level after midnight, but overall, it's a wonderful stay.

Overall great experience! The only complaints I would have was the other guest at the location had a HUGE fight/argument which was very concerning to no fault of the property mgt company. My family just didnt know what to do and when paying so much money for any place, I want peace.... The only othet complaint was with bedding not being available and a few broken items around the Townhouse/Condo The maintenance person came on day 1 and indicated he was going to fix but we never saw him. Location to things was GREAT but the neighborhood was soso. Not bad enough to stop me from staying there

Easy to live in,beach retreat.

Plenty of room for our group,lovely kitchen,washer and dryer was a big help with small children.Breakfast foods and snacks were generous and enjoyed by all.Tough to keep a rental property new looking,starting to show a little age. The manager and the maintenance man were super helpful and responsive.We would return !

Came for a volleyball tournament with other families. Nicely furnished, lots of little details like milk in the fridge and cereal for the mornings. Easy walk to the beach. Would stay again.

Family Vacay to Myrtle Beach

Very roomie and nice, loved the amenities, detergent, cereal, body wash and shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom. Overall I would give it 4 stars We did have a leak in the kitchen, but the maintenance guy fixed it right away. We were unable to get any local news, which would have been handy the check temps, also the ice maker was not hooked up. to me these are all minor and just suggestions.

Great Management

Great stay

This property is amazing ! Not only is it decorated beautifully, it is so cozy. The kitchen has everything you could need and the owners even provide snacks as well. I really had a good time staying here. We would highly recommend staying here. The check in process was so easy and the owners are so kind and good at communicating. My dog also came with us and he loved it as well! The location was perfect for getting to places we wanted to go. Don’t think twice, just book your stay !
