The best word to describe the property is WORN

Not what we expected. We came to this rental with high expectations given the description and stellar reviews. Boy, we were wrong. It was nothing as described and honestly not sure how it was rated so highly. The place was dirty, worn, and nothing like described. Dirty isn’t just the normal cleaning, but there were splatters on the wall, baseboards were disgusting, furniture seemed to never be moved when someone cleaned the floors, and overall, it was grimy. Worn is in terms of the furniture. It was described as a new couch, but it had dips from where people sat, lots of mismatched furniture, and the primary bed was awful. They had a mattress cover on it to cover up how bad and worn it was. It was described as freshly painted and with modern decor. The walls were not freshly painted, the kitchen walls were full of grime and splatters, and the main area contained lots of marks and gashes. It seems as if management is more concerned about constantly renting this unit than doing inspections occasionally. The resort itself has many good perks. It was centrally located, although not a ton in short walking distance. The pools and beach access are great. I would suggest a few more tables and chairs around the pool. Those seemed to go the fastest. Plenty of shade, and the Italian ice cart was a sweet treat in the afternoon. A few of the downsides of the resort are parking is across the street, and the loading and drop-off area is insane at times. Also, be prepared to wait a

Great vacation

Linda was a great host. She immediately responded to questions and was very friendly. The only issue was the Wi-Fi was really slow. The living room tv is a Roku which requires strong Wi-Fi. The bedroom tvs were cable and there were no problems with them. I loved having 2 full baths.

Great location and resort

The condo was renovated and very nice. Size was excellent and amazing views. Washer and dryer in the condo was super convenient. Resort was awesome, indoor and outdoor pools are heated and clean. Location was great and close to the boardwalk. Plenty of parking.

Perfect Place, Perfect View

Linda was a great host and very informative. We loved that we were close to everything we wanted to see and do. The best part was we were on the second floor and it felt like we could touch the ocean from our balcony!

The Best Views

There were issues within the resort and condo when we first arrived but everything was taken care of quickly. We love the resort and the area. The condo had what we needed and we loved the view from the balcony. Can't wait to plan our next MB trip!

Think twice

The property itself was as described, but for VRBO and people staying more than one night, many common things were missing. There were no garbage bags, soap, tissues, shampoo, detergent, nothing. The bedding had stains and the master bathroom ceiling was peeling off. There were no large bowls for cooking and just a handful of silverware. The main bathroom toilet did not flush and we called the owner first day of a 6 day stay with 3 kids. It was never repaired.

Perfect location

The property is in a perfect location if you are wanting to be IN Myrtle Beach. Walk out the door to the Boardwalk and Family Kingdom theme park. The condo is on 3rd floor which is nice; not too high; able to see people at the pools/beach. It was rather crowded during our stay..but it was peak season. The security on the property were very nice and immediately dissipated any loud, obnoxious persons, rowdiness, etc

Great Family vacation spot

Comfortable condo with spacious balcony as close to the waves as you can get. Easy are to allow children to play and keep an eye on them. Pool people can see you on Balcony that did not bother us . Beds were fine . Plenty of room to sit comfortable. Bring your own beach chairs and towels. Boardwalk can be waked to for average fit people. The beach wheelchair was delivered right to the check in area , where we could also leave between uses. This was a separate company. Kroger will deliver and there is a small basic kitchen needs eggs etc across the street. You can rent beach chair with umbrella set up for 50 dollars per day. First come first serve. Great stay!!

Nice room!

The room was nice and the perfect size for our big group. It had everything we needed and was pretty clean. Just a heads up(nothing to do with the owner/room)-The elevators are insanely slow/very busy. At night we would hear screaming at the pool, and it was very loud in the building itself. Not sure if it's the time we went, or if it's always like that. Our stay was great with no problems other than that!

Beautiful location Family Friendly

Loved the properties amenities, pool was heated. Mattress in master is a firm mattress, which for my husband was perfect. No problems at all with the unit. It was clean and a wonderful stay.
