Easy check-in via access code on the door, no waiting in line at the front desk. Fast, easy to access elevators which were great for my senior Dad. Great ocean view from the giant window and balcony. Balcony furniture was comfortable and easy for my Dad to walk around and stand up from. The condo had a great lay out, lots of items you may need (beach chairs, beach towels, bath towels, etc). The kitchen is big and easy to cook in. You will need to bring common food items such as butter, coffee, etc that you may find in other VRBO properties. Easy access to the heated pool and beach. Family friend atmosphere. We loved the condo and would love to visit again!

Beach Lover

I highly recommend staying at this condo. The entire condo was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped; the bed was very comfortable. It has a great view from the balcony which was not in direct sunlight so we could enjoy it any time of the day or night. The owners were very available and helpful. They also provided the small but appreciated items such as dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels. The entire complex was clean and well maintained. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay at the beach.

Condo 6D

My wife and I spent the month of March here to escape the North East winter. The location is perfect for us, on the beach and ocean and many places to walk. The Brigadune building is very well kept. The photos of the condo give you an accurate description of the space, which was terrific! It is well furnished, very clean, has a modern and fully equiped kitchen, spacious bed rooms and good water pressure for showers.And the balcony is absolutely perfect! Spent a lot of our time on it. Communication with the owners was very easy. We always received a quick response to any question. We were very happy with our stay here.

Perfect condo for a week at the beach.

This condo is very nice, clean, and comfortable. The view from the balcony is spectacular. All the beds were comfortable and the condo was very quiet. Definitely would stay again if we make our way to back to North Myrtle Beach.

Perfect last minute trip

This condo was perfect for our group. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony watching the ocean views. Loved walking out to the beach and accessing it so easily, as well as having a pool right in the beach. Condo was beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Having all of the essentials available, and the extras like beach chairs, beach toys, and soaps/etc, made our trip even better. Loved the hosts,great communicators.

Ocean front condo

The ocean front condo was perfect for my sister and me! We loved eating breakfast on the balcony while watching the waves roll in. Just a short elevator ride down to the first floor, and then out the door to the beach. Parking lot was easily accessible.

Brigadune Oceanfront condo

Stayed at this condo for the second year in a row. Bob and Joe Anne are very easy to work with and advised that we park our car down at the Sands Ocean Club parking garage during the tropical storm that came through during the week. Always available for any little issue that came up and would love to stay at their beautiful property again. The condo is well stocked, beautifully decorated, clean, right on the ocean with four large chairs on the deck. The washer and dryer and helpful so I could wash towels or clothes as needed. Had a wonderful vacation once again!

Great place, great location

It took a total of 12 minutes from parking to having bags in the unit. Elevators are quick and check in a breeze. Unit is very clean. Some dates walk/floor coverings; however, this is minor as they are clean Took less than 3 minutes to leave the unit and welcome the ocean. Stay here, you will not regret it.

Great condo and great communication

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and my first time booking through VRBO. Throughout the process, the Kennedys were very responsive to my inquiries. The condo is very clean, has a direct water view, has plenty of parking, and is conveniently located on Myrtle Beach. We had a wonderful vacation!

Perfect condo and view

This was by far the nicest condo we have ever stayed in! It was super clean, beautifully decorated and very spacious and comfortable. We loved the large balcony and beautiful view. We enjoyed eating out a couple times at Flip flops bar and grill which is within walking distance. The owners were easy to get in touch with when we had questions! We would love to stay again!!

Relaxing Week At Beachfront Condo

Had an amazing week away at this cute vintage-y beach front condo. It’s very irritating when rental advertisements advertise as beachfront or ocean front, but then you realize upon arrival that the pictures online aren’t from that unit. Not the case with The Kennedys unit. Beachfront to a T! Beachfront from the living room / main area AND bonus the master bedroom. Took about 2 minutes to take the elevator down and walk right into the beach. Kitchen was fully stocked for all chef-ing purposes. Super cute / convenient stay. Very much enjoyed our week-staycation-get away from Washington DC! Will definitely be back, Kennedys! You guys are the sweetest!
