Over all it was ok stay , the room door was hard to get into , they had no wash clothes available only the big bath towels and hand towels, the room had mold on the lamp shade lamp , in the bathroom the shower fixture was broken and just sitting in the shower when we arrived couldn’t enjoy the balcony view step on balcony and some people was smoking cigarettes and I hate the smell and hotel said absolutely no smoking but I took video of before and after stay just incase mostly like wouldn’t book again .

The bed was horrible to sleep in, the springs poked you in the back, needs to be replaced! The room was clean though so that accounted for something.

Beautiful view

My stay was great, only downfall to the room was the refrigerator did not get cold, but it wasn’t worth complaining about, view was great. Everyone is nice and pleasant. Will definitely be back

Gorgeous ocean view

Room was very clean & gorgeous ocean view from the balcony! The front desk staff and maintenance staff were all very friendly! We enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was a pain is the door locks. It requires a 10 digit code to open the door & ours would not open almost the entire stay. Maintenace had to leave us in the room. Parking gargae is pretty tight to navigate as well even for a mid size car.

Wonderful location

This property has a lot going for it - oceanfront, clean rooms, very nice restaurant on site (reasonable prices), close to the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. Room for improvement - the lazy river needed to be cleaned (the water was brown) and turn the heat on in the indoor pool. I would highly recommend this facility and would stay again.

Spring Break 2024

Overall it’s a place to stay. Location to the beach and access is 10/10. To start you have to fight to get a parking spot to check in and get a parking pass and unload. Super hassle bcus you literally have to go in and check in person. Elevator- well you’ll be waiting awhile. Then once you make it to your room good luck getting in with the key pad that only works once in a blue moon and after 3 try’s locks you out. So spent the whole vaca going up and down to front desk trying to get into room. Made you stress to try to get in and makes you not want to leave bcus you won’t get back in. Big hassle someone needs to do better on that and change to something else. Some of the workers at front desk were nice and friendly and tried to help others seemed bothered and had massive attitude and more concerned with patting her head and rolling her eyes. Once in the room was clean and good but the mattress she will make you hurt come the next morning. They do allow dogs which many places do not. Everyone with dogs were friendly and they have a dog walking area next to building BUT no poop bags to clean up after them. Restaurant well it says they have one but it wasn’t open until Thursday-Saturday and so yeah no restaurant for us. They have a Starbucks and the girl working super great and friendly but it isn’t an actual true starbs they do not have all the new drinks but still good for you a coffee. They did have a pool bar area and the drinks were on point when they were open.

Weekend for 1/2 marathon

Perfect location right on the beach. Really nice pools and several hot tubs. The place was pretty clean. The bed was very hard and you could feel the springs. The keypad on the door was very difficult to use bc there were so many numbers it would never allow you enough time to enter the code and the parking garage is VERY tight! Overall had a great experience. I would come back and recommend to others for sure!

Not worth the aggrevation

We experienced an issue on our first nights stay. I had 3 different contacts regarding the issue and not one person lifted a finger to assist us. For this reason alone, we will not book at this location in the future and would not recommend this location to any of our family and friends.

Felt it was worth the money I paid

Check in process was easy, good soap and shampoo, and cute rooms. Really the only issue we had was that our heater did not work but we told them and then sent maintenance up. They replaced the unit while we were not in the room which is fine but they did not clean up after themselves. Other than that I had a nice stay.
