Family Beach trip

We really enjoyed how easy it was to access the beach. The condo was spacious and clean. We had everything we needed.

The location was convenient. However, the condo was in poor condition and required repairs, along with improved cleaning services. Some blankets and pillows were not properly cleaned, despite notifying management that cleaning had been scheduled; the issue remained unresolved. Additionally, there were broken tiles in the bathroom, no hairdryer provided, missing beach chairs as advertised, and a lack of parking permits. Having stayed in various accommodations in Myrtle Beach, I found this experience to be the least satisfactory. I will not be returning in the future.

Great location

Nice unit though there was a loud motor noise in the living room ceiling. All the outdoor pools were way too cold to swim in which was disappointing for our grandkids. Great location and the beach was so nice.

Very clean and in good location. My son and his fiancé were married on the beach while we were there. Would and will recommend it to others. The lights in the first bedroom did not work well. That was the only issue we experienced.

Family Trip w the G-kids

We’ve been to the Anderson many times. This was very much what we expect when we come. Great place. Great Week. Staff was, actually, - just plain fantastic. Lord willing we will do it again next summer.

Amazing location and Amazing property.

Right on the beach can’t beat the location. Close to everything. The facility was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely one of the nicer complexes in the area. Room was as described. Very nice clean three bedroom that has been kept up very nicely. Comfy beds. Only negatives were the light switches have been modified with ceiling fans and remotes that end up working on lights in several rooms (so we would hit the remote button in one room and it would turn lights on or off in our room and sometimes one of the other bedrooms). Water pressure was great, ( almost too much. The middle bedroom’s attached bath was so strong my son couldn’t shower in it). We could tell it wasn’t just us, the sink cabinet next to the tub has some wood that has been rotting from the moisture. But overall a comfy and homey room that we were very happy with.

This condo was exactly how the listing describes it. Updated, clean, nice comfortable furnishings, and everything you need for a nice vacation at the beach. Great location too, with a great view. As a vacation rental owner myself, i would highly recommend this to anyone!

Great Weekend Girls’ Trip!

A beautiful property that is well maintained, comfortable, and met all of our large group’s needs. Check in was seamless and simple, and the location is central to everywhere we were going. Even better, we booked for the Myrtle Beach Marathon weekend and had a front row viewing of the race on Ocean Blvd. The staff is helpful and friendly, and I would recommend to anyone considering g booking this property.

The lack of Manager Communication and the Check In Process were a NIGHTMARE

Multiple emails prior to the day of check in were NEVER responded to. The day of check in we were told we could check in early, however, there was zero communication as to early check in process. We finally located the check in code approximately 30-40 minutes prior to normal check in time, however, the code did not open door. Multiple attempts by us and the Valet staff were without success. When we finally recieved a response from the Manager, to which she blamed the inability to open the door on us (the client). She stated WE had entered the incorrect code some outlandish number of times which was completely not correct. We each had the correct code embellished into our memorey. The Manager had given us the local maintenace man's telephone number. We called it multiple times and on each call, the message stated the phone number was not a working number. At approximately 6:20 pm the maintenance man came by and ANNOUNCED TO US THAT THE ENTIRE PROBLEM WAS THE BATTERIES THAT OPERATED THE DOOR SYSTEM WERE DEAD and needed to be changed. Once changed, the door operated perfectly. The entire process was extremely frustrating and an insult. The fact, we were told by the Manager that we were the PROBLEM by entering the incorrect code some ungodly number of times combined with the lack of communication and the late checkin with no ability to contact the onsite maintenance personnel, we arent certain that we will ever use vrbo again. Golf trip

Furniture was very dated and not very comfortable, hot water in shower lasted about a minute. I know that’s a building problem but still annoying. Some damage to unit when we arrived, took pictures and submitted to Louise.

Anderson Ocean Club condo Myrtle Beach

Overall pleasant stay...dated furniture including beach chairs. On the beach but only one restaurant within walking distance. Great weather and great beach...did have new appliances including washer and dryer. We would definitely re book!

Just like the listing pictures

We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo but when we did it was on the huge balcony. The accommodations where just as listed and the views of the sunrise was breathtaking.
