Great!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was clean & as described. Very comfortable beds! Great communication & easy check in. Since kids splash pad wasn’t ready they even gave us free passes to the Water park there. The kids loved that!

We love Myrtle Beach and this place was a great location near everything!! The condo was quite large and my family of 6 was super comfortable! We were right on the beach and were able to enjoy all the amenities included within this huge resort! Would definitely stay here again!

Relocation Stay

I stayed almost a month looking at home sites, with family and friends coming at different times for a short stay with me. Everyone enjoyed the roomy-ness, amenities, view of the beach and comfort of the condo.

Great location and house!!

Enjoyed our stay celebrating my father's 80th birthday. We had discovered that the master bath needed a little more attention in cleaning. I called the host and she had housekeeping come immediately. She was prompt and extremely friendly and professional. She resolved the issue and returned with fresh towels. We had no other issues and plan to return soon!!

Great location & facilities, but needs thorough deep clean

My Wife and I made the overnight trip from Buffalo NY with our 3 young boys. The location was perfect for families with small children. It was only a short walk to the beach, pool and access to the Kingston Resort waterpark. The condo bedrooms were good size and we enjoyed being able to see the ocean from our balcony. Our only concern was the cleanliness. When we arrived, the floors were dirty with debris from previous guests. Floors/rugs/baseboards were in need of a "deep" clean. Food/crumbs and general grime were a problem throughout the condo. Old french fries in the kitchen cabinetry, hairs stuck to baseboards in the bathroom, etc. We wore our flip flops inside the condo while we were there due to being grossed out. However, with small children that constantly do things on the floor, a clean floor is a necessity. Following our arrival, we made a trip to Walmart in order to purchase our own cleaning and disinfectant supplies. Not exactly what you want to spend your time doing after driving through the night with small children. After complaining to management, the following day they sent a staff member to clean while we were at the beach. We appreciated their help, however it wasn't thorough. Despite this inconvenience we had a great time otherwise. Plenty to see and do and we spent most of our time exploring the area.

Perfect Vacation Spot

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The property was a beautiful and spacious space for our family to rest and relax. The beds were comfortable and the building was quiet! We loved being able to see the ocean from all the balconies and being able to use all the amenities of Kingston Resorts (the family favorite was the Splash Waterpark.) We had a little trouble with the lock on the sliding door to the balcony off the living room, but it didn't affect anything with our stay. We are already talking about our next trip to Myrtle Beach and definitely planning on booking again for our stay.

We had a wonderful vacation here! Very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and the location by the beach was perfect. We loved the view from the balcony and that the mirrored wall reflected the ocean.

Great Stay

The check in process was extremely smooth and the directions in the email were relative and helpful. The location is amazing and the surrounding resort plus the access you get with that is amazing for the price. The employees were nice people and the cleanliness and comfort of the home was 10/10.

Hot water definitely did not stay hot while showering and cleaning service could of cleaned the floors a little better floors and rugs still dirty. But over all Everything was great !! We loved it !!! Thank you for your beautiful place

Great spot!

We’ve stayed at Kingston for several years and this has been our shortest walk to the beach yet. The unit was very clean and as others have mentioned it is right off the elevator. The company was very responsive also.

Myrtle Beach

We loved the condo and Kingston Resort as a whole. :Loved access to all of the nearby pools and enjoyed a few days at the beach. The condo is exactly as pictured and is in tip top shape. Very comfortable beds and all of the kitchen essentials you could need. We loved having breakfast on the balcony every morning. Would love to come back one day!

Wonderful experience!

We have been staying at Kingston for over 20 years and this is one of my favorite rentals. Everything was nicely decorated and clean. The master shower is amazing. Location is great as well. Courtney and Randy were both great with quick communication. Don’t hesitate to book if looking for a place. We will definitely plan to rent again!
