We chose this place based on pictures. The outside does not look like pics. Rugs and sofa were outdated. Kitchen did not have pot holders or strainer for pasta. There was plenty of room for everyone. The neighborhood was sketchy and it was longer than a block to the beach.

Vacation spring break with family

The house was very clean and nice. The only thing i would change is there is not enough sitting for more then 5 people not less you use the kitchen chairs. So that was a little uncomfortable.

An overall good experience

My friends and I had a great time at this property. It was kept clean and tidy, and when we ran out of garbage bags, someone was sent over right away to bring some which was really appreciated. The only issue we had is that the pool was marketed as "private," but we actually had to share with two other properties.

Beautiful inside but not out

The inside was beautiful. The outside needs work. There isn't a sitting area outside except in the pool area, which was fine except its a shared space. The grounds need some landscaping. Alisa was very accommodating with everything Good thing i had the renters insurance. I think my grandson who uses a sippy cup must of gotten something on the white comforters because i just got a notice that they were reported as being damaged and need replaced. So if you rent this house just be aware to be very careful where your kids have drinks or food.

The property was very nice and clean. 5 minute walk to the beach. The advertisement states a pool on the property however it is located at the house next door so we didn't feel comfortable using it.

Amazing stay

The property was great and in a great location. Just a short walk to the beach and the pool was right across the driveway. The house was very spacious and was big enough for our group of 8. Traveled with teens and it was a great time for them!

Dance Competition

My daughter and I recently stayed here with other parents and children and attended a dance competition. The property is clean, spacious, has a pool, and is close to the ocean and shopping. The property fit our needs perfectly! Alisa was very responsive and helpful!

**Please do not publish my name, initials, city or state. I like my privacy! This was a great choice house. It was also a wonderful location...by the beach, by shopping, and quiet from moving away from the noisy boardwalk center of Myrtle Beach. The house shares a pool. The inside was very comfortable, clean, and easy to navigate in the kitchen. The host, Alisa, was helpful in wanting to know that we were content. We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed the house. If we return to Myrtle Beach, we would rent this house again. **Please do not publish my name, city or state or even my initials. I would appreciate this.

Family Myrtle Beach Vacation

Myrtle Beach Stay

This property had all the qualities of a great stay on the inside. It was very clean and accommodating a group of 8 adults nicely. It was also an easy drive to the airport which was nice for arrivals and departments. Communications back and forth with the hose was very helpful as well. Although the property was fantastic on the inside, the outside could have used some clean up. It was also not very eye appealing and wasn’t the best location. If you are looking for a family getaway spot, this wouldn’t be the most comfortable location wise spot for you. The pool pictures were also deceiving, as it was a common pool area and not personal to this house, as you would expect from the pictures. Overall, nice stay on the inside for a group of young adults, but would need work on the outside for other travelers.

Perfect for our group of 4 couples.

The house is perfectly located for people that like beach walks early morning. The house was very clean and comfortable. The owner was responsive to some early check in issues. I would definatley stay there again.

Spring Break Stay

We loved this house for 2 couples and 5 teenagers it was a perfect location for a couple blocks to the beach and close to restaurants. Each couple had their own King bed that were very comfy with their own bathroom and the teens shared theirs. We did think the pool was in the backyard but it was across the driveway to share with the other homes on the property but was very nice. Only thing when we got to the property there was construction going on but the gentleman were very friendly and didn't really bother us. Alisa did allow us to check in early with only a $45 fee and we were grateful for that due to anxious teenagers. We would definitely stay here again.
