Our golfing group has stayed in other units at this property and this is by far the best. Clean, well furnished and the 65 inch upgraded TV was a hit for watching sports. Adolph Miranda was the best and most responsive host I have worked with. Highly recommend.

2025 Vacation

The condo was very accommodating for the 8 of us. It was very clean, well stocked with everything and anything you would need, the parking was wonderful, and it was close to everywhere we visited. The only glitches we had, was the Maintenance Manager. The property advertised an exercise room, both on the condo listing and the Ocean Blue Condo website. The manager got smart with our 19 year old grandson, saying it was only for condo owners themselves. That was one of the amenities that we were looking for. My husband and I stopped down to see if there was a misunderstanding. It ended up in a pretty heated discussion. We weren’t the only ones he had a run in with either. Three other renters, in other condos, were talking at the pool, they will not be back, the way he treated them too. The only other drawback is at the pool. The chaises were apart in groups of two and three. When we tried to move two, to be close to family, my daughter was told absolutely not. It was a fire hazard. We’ve been to Myrtle Beach, 28 times, and we have never ran into this. I asked to talk to his manager and he he said I was talking to him. It’s really sad that someone like that, treats paying customers like he did the week we were down there. The condo and parking were the best we ever rented. You definitely won’t be disappointed on the condo.

Very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The only issue we had was parking. We had a 4 bedroom condo but were only provided 2 parking spots. We had to pay to park our third car at another hotel. That was our only complaint.

Spacious condo and beautiful view!

Our group (6 women) was so happy with picking this condo! It was well kept, nice furniture, very clean, spacious, many appliances in the kitchen, beach items in the closet, comfortable beds and easy access to the beach. The weather was so nice outside that we didn't get to use the indoor pool, lazy river or hot tub on the bottom floor of the building. Our favorite spot was the balcony; great place to start the day and end the day. The location of the condo was great too and it was a quiet building. The condo owner was very quick to respond to our questions.

Rough Week

The property was under renovations. Both indoor pools closed. No TV! Owner didn’t pay his cable bill I guess. Contacted owner and asked me if I figured the TV’s out yet? Took a few days to get that response. Finally on Wednesday he says he will send someone out and obviously no one came.

Forget your Bad shots !!!

No matter what happened on the Golf course all week, I instantly forgot about it when I returned to Ocean Blue. . . the only negative was that parking spaces were a bit narrow.

The condo was beautiful and the view from the balcony was stunning! Really appreciated the hand soap in each bathroom, the dish soap, trash bags and dishwasher soap being included in the rental. We will stay here again for our next trip!

Enjoyable Stay

The location of this property is south of the boardwalk and promenade, but close to Broadway at the Beach and Market Common, two really neat shopping/restaurant areas. The unit was comfortable and spacious, although the furniture was relatively imposing for the space. Our patio was large, which accommodated all 6 of us comfortably. We were up close and personal with the beach, which was wonderful to enjoy from our patio! The pools were nice, and the lazy River was indeed lazy. The hot tub was not working properly, so most of the time it couldn’t be used. All in all, we enjoyed our 10 day stay at this property.
