This is a very nice unit and was a great fit for our family of four. The kids loved the access to all the different pool types. September was a lovely time to come without much beach crowding or wild pools. The food and drink access at the resort was very convenient and the surrounding area was great. All instructions from the property manager were informative and easy to follow. My only slight critique is a fire alarm went off about 3am one night for quite a while and it was very hard to hear from within the unit. It was going off nearly an hour before it woke one of us. Just a little worrisome if there was an actual need to evacuate if all resort guests can hear it.

Great place to stay on vacation

Our entire family enjoyed this very nice condo for a week. We loved all of the amenities the condo and resort offered as well as the beach. Would highly recommend this place to others.

Perfect Family Vacation Location!

We had a wonderful vacation at Myrtle Beach! This location to stay is perfect, it's close to everything yet away from the really busy part of downtown. The condo was exactly as listed; clean, had everything we needed, and had plenty of space for all of us. It is so nice to have the options of the outdoor pool, and all of the indoor water activities for when it would get too hot or would rain. We spent a lot of time in the indoor lazy river, the pool, and playing ping-pong! I would highly recommend this location!

Perfect Spot

The Dunes was the perfect place to stay with the group of 30 we had (family trip). Everyone had their own condo and there were activities for everyone. Beach, pools, waterslides, and water pads along with daily activities provided by the resort. Walking distance to some restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.

Our family vacation

Everything that we needed was provided. The one complaint that i would have is that there is not enough seating. There were 8 adults in my group plus our babies. There is not comfortable seating for everyone in the living room. Dining chairs or outdoor chairs had to be brought over to sit for everyone to be together. Only other thing i noticed it that the coffee table seems like the screws need to be tightened. It was a little wobbly. Otherwise we had a great time and enjoyed our stay in our condo.

Annual Family Visit...First Time at this property

We had a wonderful time at the property. The unit was clean and well equipped. We did have a problem with the coffee maker. Wrong pot to go with maker, but we worked it out. Also, the TV in the bedroom on the right side coming in the door. The cable was bent and we were unable to get a signal, but after tinkering with it, we got it fixed! The amenities at the property were great! Indoor water slides and lazy river were wonderful. We had dinner at the cafe on property.. Great food and atmosphere. We enjoyed the pool bar. We felt safe in every way. Hotel staff was wondeful!

First time in Myrtle!!

This was our families first time in Myrtle and we had a lot of fun! the kids loved the indoor water park and the fact that we were right on the ocean1 This condo was a short drive to the main boardwalk, but what we really enjoyed was Broadway at the Beach! Many restaurants in the area too! Just know if you are not familiar that these condos have MANY rooms, some owned liked this one and others you book directly with the Dunes. With that being said there are a lot of people and it got noisy at night when we were trying to settle in to relax. That is really my ONLY compliant and just wanted to make some families with small kids aware of that. :)

Nice getaway with an amazing price. An expansive view of the ocean to enhance our relaxing getaway. Clean room. Older appliances but it got the job done! Would stay in this specific room again. 39 years to 7 years enjoyed the Waterpark and hottest! Conveniently located to many places to eat.

Enjoyed the pool!!

The condo was what we expected. The rooms were comfortable. We did have a few minor issues which were quickly addressed. The kids pool and slides were great. I would recommend the kids have water shoes as the bottom of the kids pool is a bit rough.

Great Family stay

We enjoyed staying here. A roomy layout with plenty of sleeping space for multiple people. Kitchen was good size, dining room table large enough and plenty of chairs on balcony. Resort was fitting for all ages. Close to many restaurants and stores.

Loved it!

My family and I absolutely loved staying here for five days for the Fourth of July. The condo was full of all the amenities that we needed, the kids loved both water parks and we were so close to the beach. Will definitely be back. And a great view of the ocean directly from the balcony! That’s where I had my morning coffee! The resort also had daily activities for the kids that were a big hit.

great for families with young kiddos

Would book it again, it was a very nice property, the amenities were everything we were looking for. I only gave 4 starts for cleanliness instead of 5 because when I first went to grab a plate the very first one on top was very clearly dirty and we didnt want to take any chances on the rest so just rewashed them.

As a whole with everything there that is available to do, we only used the room to eat and sleep after 12 midnight, so from the time we checked in until the 11pm closing time we were not using the room at all. I would definitely upgrade the appliances in the kitchen and having working television in the other two rooms not just the master bedroom. The tub in the master filters must be replaced and shower heads in both bathrooms are old. There is mold and or mildew around the windows and doors that should be looked at and taken care of.

Obstructed view.... ish.

We have stayed at the Dunes village a handful of times it is our favorite place to stay with kinds in MB. However the picture and description is inaccurate. We would not have booked a room that was obstructed by the other dunes village building, because of the echos and music ice cream truck that parks between the 2 buildings. We have actually stayed in a central room like this before and regretted it the whole time. Had the ad and picture not indicated the Unobstructed view we would not have booked it. The picture taken as the ocean view was not possibly to have been taken from this unit, but rather a corner unit on the backside of the resort. Despite that, the condo has everything one could possibly need for the perfect beach day.
