Rating: 10/10 - Incredible Stay for a Special Occassion

We came into town for my nephew’s graduation from Coastal Carolina University, and staying at this beachfront condo made the entire trip even more memorable. The location was perfect—right on the beach with stunning ocean views, and still an easy drive to the university and all the graduation events.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony each morning was a dream. It truly felt like a home away from home.The host was friendly, responsive and made check-in a breeze. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the space. This was the perfect place to relax and celebrate such a special milestone with our family.We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area—whether for a beach vacation or a special family event!

Wonderful condo perfect location

We stayed here for a dance convention. It was convenient to the convention center for our dancers and super close to Broadway at the Beach for us to kill time while they were in class. We had a small hiccup at check in but the host were super responsive and had the problem solved quickly. We will definitely be back to stay in this property.

Family Time

Some family time at this lovely 3 br/2 ba condo that we really enjoyed for a few days at year end. The condo was close to Broadway at the Beach and other places we visited. Hope to come again during 2025.

Family vacation

The condo description was very accurate. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The location was great. 3rd floor with a great view of the ocean and pool area; and the resort is centrally located close to all of the popular attractions. The resort property itself was very crowded, so the pools and beach were full every day that we were there. The elevators were also very congested most days. But we were there during peak vacation season, so that is to be expected. I would defintely recommend this condo, but be cautious if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing resort property. This is better suited for those that like a lot of activity. I did contact the owner during our stay to ask a question and she was very quick to respond! She also took the time after our stay to ask how our vacation was and to thank us for staying in the condo. I would definitely stay here again if we are back in Myrtle Beqch.

Conference Week

We came to Myrtle with my husband for a conference. Condo was very nice, well equipped kitchen. Large balcony was great Stacking washer/dryer was adequate. No working plug for grandkids to get a bath, we bought one and left as donation for future guests. The pools were a bit disappointing, water was extremely cold (colder than the ocean) until last day we were there - hot tubs were not hot at all, lukewarm at best. Additionally the pools weren't very clean, lots of floating debris and even cigarette butts. Concrete walls are either stained or they need to be shocked. Saturday pool entertainer was amazing with families, tons of fun. In all it was a good stay, the building needs to update their pools, give them a solid cleaning, and fix or turn on the heaters.

Appreciated the nice view. Resort itself was a bit disappointing as many other guests left trash in hallways and pools were not heated very warm (barely swimmable) and the water slide pool was closed for repair the entirety of our stay which was a bummer for our young children.

Vacation 2023

Very loud vulgar mouth adults & pool DJ extremely too loud. Staff friendly, but allowed inappropriate language…sad! Contacted owner to inform washer was only filling & rinsing with warm/hot water. In addition, kitchen only with one overhead light, because two burnt out. She quickly offered to send repair, but requested not until we checked out.

Family-moon/Honey-moon

We had an amazing "family-moon". My son just got married on Friday June 30th to his high school sweet ❤️. They wanted us to go to the beach as a family rather than just the 2 of them. Thats where we came up with a family-moon. The owner of the property @Rufia Nigro is 1 of the nicest, people ive ever met. She responds to messages very quicklu and goes above & beyond to assist in any way needed. The room its self is very nice,clean,and comfortable. The view is breathtaking. Make sure you bring beach towels/pool towels because the resort refused to let us use theirs. I did let the owner know and she was very suprised that they made such a fuss over the towels and said she would check in on it. I highly recommend staying in Rufia Nigro's condo. 5star all the way!

1st Family Vacation to Myrtle Beach

We were really nervous about going to any other beach for our family vacation. We usually go to PCB or Destin for vacation. We wanted to try something different. We loved the fact that it wasn’t extremely crowded at the beginning of June when we went however, it was a little cool. We didn’t consider that when booking. We still had a blast! Lots to do! Besides the beach and the pools, we went to The Boardwalk(once was enough). We went to Broadway several times. WE LOVED THAT PLACE!! Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Overall, we loved Myrtle Beach and will be back! We loved where we stayed! Great place!!

Favourite Myrtle Beach Stay Ever

We truly enjoyed our stay in this spacious oceanfront condo. It is so well equipped and the balcony is a great place to view the incredible sun rises and glorious sunsets. With multiple TVs and bedrooms, we were able to be together when we wished but have privacy when desired too (or nap time!). The coded entry was seamless; passes for parking and towels were handy in a stylish basket. We used the unit’s laundry stackables easily. The decor was perfect and we were particularly charmed by a sweet ceramic snail who we named Anne Marie. We will definitely return and highly recommend this rental. The cute towel animals were a plus.
