Our new go-to vacation home!

For many years, we were "beach-hoppers," vacationing in coastal spots from Delaware to Gulf Shores, AL. Well, this is the second straight summer we've spent a week at this North Myrtle Beach condo, and we've already reserved a THIRD trip next summer, so that should tell you all you need to know! I left a much more detailed review in June of '24, and all of it holds up - I think I can safely say we've found everything we were looking for in all those other places. This condo is neat, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the residents and fellow guests were kind and friendly. If proximity to shopping, dining, entertainment, and (most especially) the BEACH are priorities for you, you won't find anything better. Thank you for another unforgettable stay - we can't wait to be back next summer!
The view of the shore from the highest and farthest point on Apache Pier, just a few minutes' walk from the condo.
The estuary changes almost minute to minute - we visited nearly every day, and it never looked the same twice!
A beautiful post-sunset sky over the Intracoastal Waterway from our table at Lulu's in Barefoot Landing (our favorite place to eat AND shop).

Very nice close to the beach and places in Myrtle Beach. . It was very quiet parking lot was convenient. I do wish that the unit had a washer and dryer in the unit ,but that’s not a deal breaker. Would stay next year if it was available

A Place at the Beach IV

We stayed for five days. The condo is cozy and clean. Being within steps of the beach is wonderful. The condo is also located near several restaurants, and close to all the main attractions the city has to offer.

Perfect Week in the Perfect Place! 😃

Connie's oceanfront condo is everything she promises in the listing, and was the ideal spot for our family of four (two adults, two teens) to experience the Myrtle Beach area for the first time. So close to EVERYTHING, yet tucked-away enough that you can relax out of the hustle and bustle. Our family really enjoyed spending time at the tidal pool, just a short walk down the beach. We've never seen anything like it at any of the beach locations we've stayed! Excellent restaurants throughout the area (a few even within walking distance!), and a variety of great shopping and entertainment spots as well. The condo itself is spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and features a great view of and access to the beach, which wasn't terribly crowded. Connie and Trevor are very quick to respond to any communication, and made the booking and check-in process as easy as can be. We will ABSOLUTELY be returning! 🙂

Great Location!

No complaints.. loved being able to walk out the door to the beach. Convenient to many things. If ever in area again, would definitely consider staying again! (Connie was great to work with too 😊)

A good finish after a rough start

When we arrived our place was filthy as the cleaners hadn’t realized when we were arriving. However, they came the next day and made it spotless. The owner also gave us monetary compensation for our experience. The unit is well equipped, although it is the first time I’ve had to bring my own linens. The location is good and the building was quiet, although this was the off season. I would recommend the place to anyone interested.

Great quiet location. Close to the sand. You can see the ocean from the balcony, but not the beach. There is a big sand dune in front. Still a good view. Great host and very nice place to relax.

Butler’s place at the beach

Was mostly nicely remodeled and homely and comfortable. And also very easy to get to the beach. I would also go back there in the future next time I go to Myrtle Beach. Thanks to Connie for the stay.

July 4th week

Loved talking to owner. She was the sweetest lady. And shout out to Tina for checking up on us and our arrival. Enjoyed speaking with her as well. Family had a wonderful time and my grandbaby is definitely a water baby. He loved both the beach and pool. Quiet at night. Family oriented. Loved our getaway.
