Perfect for our big family vacation!

This house was a win for our family of 14. The living space was more spacious than it seemed from the photos, and the private pool was such a nice perk! The owners were super quick to respond whenever we had questions. Friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

We rented both side of the property which worked out well for our family. Both sides had ample space for socialization, and areas for the kids. Tammy and Courtney were excellent hosts and were very accommodating before and during our stay if any questions came up. I would highly recommend a stay!!!

Great vacation rental home just 1 block from Garden City beach! The home was clean and ready for us on our arrival Saturday. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week with our family and would definitely stay again! The host was also very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. We have vacationed here every year for the past 30 years, and this was our first time staying in this home. We don’t usually have as many people or need this large of a space. Thanksgiving Break

We really enjoyed our stay here for the Thanksgiving break. The house is conviently located and the description matches perfectly. My only suggestion is you may want to bring your own blankets. It is probably fine during the summer, but for cooler weather the comforters were not thick enough for me (I am naturally more on the cold side). We would recommend this house to our friends and making plans to come back over the summer.

Perfect for Family Getaway!

Great location! This beautiful home fit all of our needs! It had everything our family needed for a long weekend. Very spacious, with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the open floor plan on the main level.

Friends and family trip

Loved the location the house , the only thing was we felt the amenities thst are standard , was not enough there , no hair dryer ,like only a few rolls of t.p and 1 roll of paper towels and only 2 garbage bags snd not enough pillows but all in all we would come back , really really nice house

Close to the beach

The house was beautiful and roomy. . It was very close (walking distance) to the beach. The pool was very small for the number of guests (14) at the house but the backyard was spacious. Checking in was easy. I do suggest having another garbage can for the bags ( 2 was not enough). Fun week!

Great house, but didn’t exactly feel the southern hospitality

The house is awesome, lots of space & in a very convenient location. However some very basic things that are standard in the dozens of rental properties around the world I’ve seen were just plain unexpected & I wished I’d know about them before I booked so hopefully this helps someone else avoid the unnecessary stress it brought me on the weekend I was getting married. There was not one spare roll of toilet paper or paper towels (we rented both sides of the house)- you have to supply your own I was told when I asked the host. I also had to ask for HAND SOAP because most bathrooms either didn’t have one at all or were almost empty- they were delivered the following afternoon. When we arrived we couldn’t even open the door because of the laundry bags sitting on the top stop. I emailed the host because we didn’t know if laundry outside was clean or dirty, she didn’t return my attempt to reach out until the following afternoon when obviously it was too late & we had figured it out. When we finally got into the house we had to put sheets on all the beds & sort our towels- every member of our party found this so bizarre considering the way the house is presented. Interactions with the host were overall fair, until she flipped out on me the day after my wedding for the late check out that she PRE-APPROVED months prior. She forgot herself until I reminded her while she berated me less than 24 hours after my wedding. She failed to tell her cleaning person about the change in check-out & then took out her frustrations on me, which on any day is just completely unacceptable. We enjoyed the house, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you don’t have time for chores (which we did not but obviously had no choice if we wanted to sleep on sheets) & if you’d like to avoid the host reaming you a new one over things she agreed to in advance. Wonderful stay!

We would definitely stay here again! The host was amazing and had communication with us. It was probably the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed and had the best appliances and stocked kitchen! We highly recommend!!
