Cozy, comfortable stay! Easy access to the pool, beach, and major roadways. The property had basic cutlery and dining needs including some cooking utensils. The water pressure in the shower is a bit low, but that’s not against this specific property. We loved the view of the ocean every morning!

Overall we enjoyed the property. There was only one day where the elevators were very slow and very full which I was concerned with staying on the 19th floor. I will say you can hear the elevator hum all night but it wasn’t to distracting. The view was great the pools are smaller than I anticipated and we ended up just using our own chairs because there is limited seating. The pool bar food was a great price. We bought two orders of chicken tender and fries and an order of chili cheese fries for 32.00. The beach is considered private so there was plenty of space. I was a little irritated that one of those beach chair/umbrella rental places took up the prime spots before anyone else had a chance. This is also a great area for hunting shark teeth and we found quite a few. All in all I would definitely stay at agin but probably a lower floor.

Great condo!

Updated unit with a beautiful view right on the ocean! The elevators were very slow and not something we anticipated but makes sense coming from the 19th floor. Some minor dings in the unit but nothing unbearable. Saving this property for the more visits!! Thank you!

Nasty

If I could give zero stars I would. Nasty the entrance smelled like pee and chlorine. The room was disgusting there was sand in the bed, hairs in the drawer, dead bugs, and live roaches. We checked in around 8 and left at 3:00 am. We told the desk clerk she could have cared less. The pictures have to be when they first opened and they would not give us any type of refund. Highly upset we drove ten hours and then had to rent another place in Garden City.

ROACHES

The room has german roaches and run when the lights turn on. This is my 2nd request to leave a review and my review is the roaches are bad !!!!! We slept with the lights on and didn't sleep good for 2 nights because we were afraid of them crawling on us. These roaches did not "fly in" because the sliding door was open. They were hatched and there were roach eggs as well.

Cleanliness

We stayed at the house for 3 nights. The location was great! We really enjoyed the view from the balcony. The community pools were great too and the staff was nice. I can’t say the room was clean! We saw several small cockroaches in the room and kitchen area! Also the coffeemaker was totally burnt! The family enjoyed the Myrtle Beach area.

The view was beautiful and the pools were nice. The room was dirty and there was a huge problem with cockroaches!!! Also when we tried to get clean towels for our room they were always out. I am very disappointed with this place and would not recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful view. Nice pools and easy beach access. Parking garage across street-very tight. Elevator wait time can be tricky especially around 10am check out time. Great location!

Unfortunately dirty property

We loved the location right on the ocean but the property was pretty run down. During our stay we actually had a cockroach in the room (yuck!). Although the property was pretty cheap, I was hoping for a cleaner stay!
