We loved our view!! The room was nice and everyone was friendly! The popcorn ceiling was falling off just outside the bathroom but we just used the broom and moved it aside!!

Pleasant days on the beach

I was looking for an affordable spot on the beach for a few days, and this fit the bill perfectly.The room on the 17th floor was small, but clean and the bed was comfortable, and the balcony had a nice ocean view. Only downside was a surprising amount of evening street noise, but it didn't go too late.It would have been nice to know the pool bar and the restaurant would closed on the days we were there. The lobby coffe shop has very limited food--coffee cake or Bob Evans sausage biscuit of indeterminant age. But there are plenty of options within easy walking distance or a short drive. The breakfast we did have in the restaurant on our last day was good. The parking garage does have some less than optimal turns and ramps, narrow and nearly blind, as many reviews note--I would not have wanted to navigate it on my touring bike or anything larger than the small SUV we had.All in all, good value for the price we paid.

Great New Years Getaway!

I wanted to go somewhere for New Years Eve and decided on Myrtle Beach. This location was great, and my room was cozy and just what I needed. The beach was mere steps away and I enjoyed the time I got to spend on the beach.

Amazing stay over all

We had 2 adults a toddler and 1 year old woth our puppy. All and all we made things work. Was a tad smaller then pictures make it seem but we had no issues staying. After all your supost to stay outside enjoying the area on vaccation. Staff was amazing as well and the ppl around us. Very clean and well kept. Had maintenance crew there doing work to keep up with place. Plenty of pools around for kids and adults!! O erall very pleased with stay and not a complaint from us!!!

Never again

The place was extremely small no real kitchen area. And it was on the 17th floor facing outside so every time I left my room I thought I was going to fall to my death. It was extremely over crowded not clean and definitely not a condo. Instead of the address you should put the Patricia Grand so people can get an honest look before checking in. Overall it was one of the worse vacations due to where we were staying I see I really have to research your properties now because this was not what was advertised.

Decent, but a few complaints.

I enjoyed the stay, overall. The pool area was so clean and they were great! This particular room, however, I can say it lacked cleanliness. There was something sticky on the floor upon entering. I put towels down so I can walk barefoot. The shower makes popping noises when it’s on, which made me think there was a loud car, motorcycle, or fireworks happening outside but there was not. Also, the hotel has a strict policy of no smoking, however, no one listened to that lol. So this particular room’s balcony is in the middle of the way the hotel is structured, where the breeze comes off of the ocean and lands directly in this room’s row of rooms. It pulled all of the smoke smell into this room and balcony area. It was hard to enjoy the balcony because of this and you definitely cannot leave your slider open to get fresh ocean breeze. Overall, I’d book this hotel again, but on a lower floor, and not in the middle of the hotel where all of the smoke flies into.

Great Location and view

Great location, view and close to a lot of attractions. Right on the beach. Lots of pool/hot tub opportunities as well. Check in was about an hour late the room wasn’t ready. And be ready for a solid 20-30 minute wait for a long ride on the elevator if you’re checking out on a weekend morning.
