My Stay was Fine

I enjoyed my stay. The condo was clean and the location was perfect. It is right on the beach and the view from the large windows in the living room and bedroom was amazing. There were also plenty of towels and the kitchen also had pretty much what one would need. I will say that the size of pots and pans could be bigger. It is good for one or two people but that is it. The fridge works just fine but the exterior is terrible. Rust marks all over the outside. It was just not appealing.

Cheap furniture & many issues

The only great thing about this unit is the view. This is not “indulge in luxury’ like the listing says. It’s a functional cheaply furnished condo that’s extremely small. Leaky faucet, particle board damaged bathroom cabinet, no light over the table, rust marks on cheap fridge, mold under sink in kitchen, one little end table in LR, no hot water early morning showers, poor water pressure. Property manager claims it’s normal wear and tear. Never stay there again.

Nice Beach Vacation

The unit had an unbeatable view from bedroomand living room. Perfect balcony for sunrises and we watched storms roll in one evening. We stayed during one of the bike weeks and were pleasantly surprised that you couldn't hear any of the noise from the room. The resort overall was safe, conveniently located, and the stretch of beach in front was never overly crowded during our stay. If you rent chairs and umbrella, the life guards on this beach did a great job of enforcing city ordinance against allowing others to set up their umbrellas right in front of you and obstructing the view you paid for. Any oceanfront property is going to have rust and moisture concerns so that's to be expected, but overall, my family of 4 stayed comfortably. Only warning is that if you're expecting luxury, that's only available in the view, and if you bring a large vehicle, the parking garage requires 3 point turns to navigate each level, so don't be caught off guard by that. Property management was very responsive and able to accommodate an early check in for us. Overall a nice stay.

Perfect

This unit had a beautiful view of the sunrise each morning. The kitchen was well stocked with items to prepare and eat meals. The beds were comfortable. I did take a broom with me to help keep it clean during my stay. We did have to wash our wash cloths as only one is left per person, but we had ample towels. I loved this unit as my little Chihuahua was able to make her first ever trip to the beach. The host was very responsive to all my questions and even checked to make sure all was going good during my stay. I will definitely stay here again. The hotel staff were friendly and the pools were nice.

Beautiful property and wonderful view. Best equipped condo that we have stayed in, plenty of kitchen accessories provided. Comfortable beds and very clean. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We plan to reserve this place again.

We had a great time, iit was my best friend myself, and my 8 pound Yorky we had a great time loved how dog friendly the place was and that we could drink by the pool. The employees went out of their way to help us especially the girl that helps you park. I forget her name but she was a 16 year old black girl who was wonderful. We had to pack up and leave at 2 AM and she told us we could park our car in front of the hotel, which was a great help for two women and a dog We will return ! the only Bad thing that I have to say about our stay was that we were on the 17th floor it was too high for us to run down the elevator, all the time to take our puppy out to pee And the elevators kept breaking down. We will return, but get a unit on a lower level. Thanks for all of your help you made our stay wonderful please keep in touch with any specials you might have.

While we truly enjoyed our stay, I must say the pictures posted made the room look much larger than it was. We had 6 people and a small dog (in a crate) staying in the room and it was cramped. It would be easier if there was updated furniture in the bedroom, such as a new chest of drawers and dresser, to allow for placing your clothes in the drawers then the suitcases could be put away. With the lack of drawer space, hooks on ALL doors would be helpful to hang wet towels/swimsuits on. One of my biggest complaints is the fact that your website stated enough towels for each person —we literally got 1 towel/1washcloth per person and that was it—for the entire week!! When I messaged about it, I was told it would cost $45 more dollars to get more clean towels and washcloths for all of us. It is not sanitary to use the same washcloth/towel all week! This was totally unacceptable to me!! A stackable washer/dryer would be nice (could place in closet) as it was an huge inconvenience to use the washer & dryer out in the hall. Also, this room should come equipped with at least a broom so we could sweep up all the sand carried in. We had to go buy one so we could keep our room clean. The hotel staff were not friendly—all you saw was sour looks on their faces. The restaurant, barista at Starbucks, & poolside barmaid however were amazing! The pools were very nice, even heated! Loved being close to everything. This hotel was very clean but a few upgrades to the room itself would be nice.

Awesome coastal getaway

Location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping . Very close to entertainment. Amenities were great! Loved the on site restaurant and coffee shop. Gorgeous views from our suite. Management was quick to respond to messages. Very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick vacation

We come to Myrtle Beach about every other weekend and stay at least 1 night. This was our first time going through VRBO. Definitely not our last. Description was just as posted. Also had very nice floors which you could tell had just been replaced because pictures showed green carpet and these were nice laminate floors. We got to bring both our dogs which was awesome. It slept all 5 of us comfortably. 2 queens in the bedroom. A queen Murphy bed. A queen pull out couch. But the real bonus is the view. From the 17 floor with nothing blocking your view of the ocean and having your private deck, made this quick weekend trip great. Will definitely be back.

Glad to get away

I drove 10 hours and wanted to relax. The AC in bedroom was not working. It was so miserable. AC in living room cooled but is on its last leg. It runs very loud gor several minutes then shuts off. Of course there was no one to work on AC on the weekend. Sunday a fan was dropped off which helped but it was trying. One guest has COPD and I have asthma. The heavy muggy air sucked. Of course I wish issue was resolved Saturday but I appreciate that the communication was there and issue resolved Monday and not later in the week. The flooring could use updated. I want to conclude that the unit location is excellent! Love the views from either room ! The ceiling to floor window was very nice. Kitchen and bath were nice. Thank you to the staff who communicated to resolve AC problem so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation!

Beach get away

Everything about the property was wonderful. They do not open things up like the pool side bar until the weekend which was a disappointment. The biggest complaint I have was the front desk. These were the rudest and unprofessional people I have ever encountered. They were mean and very unpleasant to even talk too!! They need a lot of training!!

This condo unit was titled the best of the best. The view from 17th floor was the only part of best of best. Carpet was dirty with dog hair and badly stained. Sink and tub traps clogged up. Old furniture that has been in this unit since the day this hotel was built. Light in bathroom has a electrical short. Many of receptacles need to be replaced. No ABC..CBS..NBC...FOX CHANNELS ON TV. Unit was clean except for dog hair and stains on carpet.
