Perfect location

This place has great views and was so close to everything we needed and wanted. Very clean and comfortable, and very family friendly within the resort complex

Great place to stay

This was a great stay. Just a short 5 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Nice that they had some beach chairs and an umbrella in the house. Would definitely stay again here.

Best Resort on the Strand!

Have stayed in this resort community dozens of times. Really liked the location of this one…Thanks for a beautifully appointed villa, would stay again.

Beautiful View!

The location and view of the lake from this property were perfect and relaxing!! “WOW”………was the word that escaped our mouth when we walked in. The property was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and had everything that we needed.

Beautiful place

The condo was just as described. It was as very clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything you need for a stay at the beach. It was within walking distance to the beach and has access to three pools. We will definitely come back!

Excellent Location for Adults wanting some quiet Relaxation

Everything was as described. Had to spend an entire day inside because of hurricane conditions and it was a nice place to be. I highly recommend and plan to go back again to this location myself.

Beautiful condo with lake views

This was our first stay at Kingston Plantation. Very nice area. Condo was nicely located to a pool and beach. Large and roomy and beautifully decorated. King bed was comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. Very nice bath towels. Sitting on screened in porch to start and end your day with lake front views is so nice. We will be back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Great place for a stay

We were in town for a baseball tournament and stayed at Arrowhead 115. The location was fantastic. Beautiful view of the lake, very quick walk to pools, beach and other Kingston Amenities. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only complaint is the sun was very bright in the back bedroom early in the morning, even with the blinds closed. Some sort of blackout curtains would be nice. Otherwise bring a sleep mask if you like to sleep late. Overall, this was a perfect place to stay for our trip.

Yessssssss!!!! Ma'am!!!! Oh my Goodness so comfortable and quiet environment! and yes 🙌 Clean! The king size bed was so soft and cozy it had me sleep in minutes. How can I reserve for next June? The only thing the shower gel holder stopped it's suction in the shower, but that was so small in comparison to the overall stay😊

Fantastic Trip

This was our first stay at Kingston Plantation. We loved the location of this condo! It was nice and quiet. The unit was very clean and we had everything we NEEDED. (A shower caddy would be nice though as there is very little room for shampoo, etc. on the side of the tub) In the kitchen there was a Keurig as well as a regular coffee maker, which is nice. We enjoyed the screened in porch area very much! One of the reasons I booked this property was because earlier reviews said the king bed was soft and comfortable. It was comfortable, not as soft as I prefer but it was more soft than a lot of rental property beds. Slept great! We did drive over to the beach, not far at all, just because we had a lot of beach things to carry and didn’t have a wagon. The walk is very doable though if not carrying a ton. I booked this property without getting the approval of my husband and when we arrived and he saw it he said it was “perfect”! There is lots to do and many restaurants close by. We would love to come back!

The Con

Private units don’t have access to the resorts fitness center and that was very important to me. Although I was told it was I. The description, I missed it and that was very dissatisfying as workouts are apart of my daily regimen so with that in mind, I won’t rent through this company when they don’t have access, I’ll go directly through the resort. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!
