Great time!!

The place was beautiful, laundry and concessions were convenient, restaurant was great, the view was amazing. The only frustrations we had was that the Jacuzzi outside did not work properly and the one that did work really well had such a strong chlorine odor in that room that it was hard to breathe at times. The other annoyance was the false fire alarms. My husband’s in his 70s and has difficulty with stairs and even though the staff on the 14th flight said she hadn’t gotten a text and she wasn’t going to walk the stairs we felt we had to and then having to walk back up 14 flights with very challenging. The fire alarm went off two more times after that, but we were not told that we didn’t have to evacuate. All staff should know how to help, elderly and disabled people when the fire alarm goes off or how to communicate that it is not a concern. It also would’ve been nice if the store would’ve been open. You might wanna take that off your advertising if you really don’t have one.

End of Vacation

Exactly as pictured beautiful views, everything was wonderful a couple of points one the cleaners need to do a better job with the woodwork there were spots and stains on almost all of the woodwork, especially in the bathroom, the woodwork and door frames and everything in the entire condo need to be repainted, they are a little knicked up The bed that is closest to the door needs to the mattress replaced. It is sagging terribly. I have a bad back and it was torture on my back. You couldn’t beat the view so I endured it, but the mattress does need to be replaced I would recommend this place over and over and over again. The view couldn’t be beat. It was quiet. It was private, the extra chairs on the little Were wonderful just a couple of little little things and it would be five stars

May 2024 Vacation

The first thing that surprised me was a few times before the arrival date I was contacted to see if I had any questions and again on the arrival day along with check in instructions. The lady at the reception desk was so nice and it only took a few minutes to get signed in. It really surprised me at how clean the condo was then within an hour after arrival I was contacted to see if the cleanliness of the condo was satisfactory if not it would be redone. Of all the places I have ever stayed I have never had this happen. The pictures of the condo were accurate. My grandchildren loved the indoor pool and the lazy river which was a great alternative on the day that it rained and they could not go to the beach. Each of the employee's that we saw were so friendly and helpful. It was so surprising of all the different amenities that were available even down to the free dvd rentals which was a nice way for the grandkids to watch before bedtime. We look forward to staying there for our next vacation.

Wunderschöner Blick über den Atlantik

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser hübsch eingerichteten Ferienwohnung im 14. Stock. Der Blick über den Atlantik ist grandios. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sicher & wohl gefühlt! Parkhaus ist direkt gegenüber. Es war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet, alles Nötige zum Kochen war in der kleinen Küche vorhanden. Die Betten waren für uns persönlich etwas zu weich - aber der Blick vom Bett aus auf den Atlantik - herrlich! Die Poollandschaft ist toll und vielfältig. Es gab für uns zwei Strandhandtücher kostenlos. Alles war wie im Internet beschrieben! Die Lage ist super - direkt am kilometerlangen Strand, kurzer Weg zum Myrtle Beach "Boardwalk" mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Shops und Attraktionen. Tolle Ferienwohnung!

The place was beautiful, great staff and nice accomodations! Deb with VACASA provided great customer service. We almost missed the trip because the staff kept saying that our reservation had been cancelled due to the Hurricae Idalia, but after speaking with four reps, Deb ensured us that we still had lodging!

Nice Place

I stayed here for a few days for spring break. It’s a nice place. Very quiet and comfortable. The furniture was comfy, the bed was great and it’s close to everything. It’s about a mile to the main boardwalk area but a worthwhile walk when walking along the ocean! The check in process was easy and they were very accommodating. I didn’t use the pool so I can’t speak to that. The staff in the restaurant were really nice too. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Location

Overall our stay was pretty good. The unit was not well cleaned. We had to wear shoes in the unit or our feet would turn literally black. The bottom of the Murphy bed was disgusting and when your turned on the air conditioner it would smell like urine. The office staff was pleasant and the view and accessibility to everything was awesome!
