Place is convenient for 2 to 4 guest. Host has everything you need from Coffee maker, to Laundry machines, Towels or even Pool passes. Place is clean and well maintained , this was our 3rd time renting this exact Condo.

Great Location

I'm not a big fan of the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach but I like to be nearby. This location is secluded and quiet yet within minutes of restaurants and attractions. The unit had everything we needed, and I got quick responses to my questions from the host. It was quiet and comfortable and a great place for my family.

Clean, quiet condo.

Kevin was very accommodating on our arrival and departure dates. The condo was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Access to Alicia’s Pub was great, just across the street. The whole process of renting was easy and Evolve provided us all the information we need for an extremely easy check in. We would be very glad to rent this unit again!

Myrtle Beach Baseball

My family stayed 6 nights for my sons baseball tournament. The condo was clean and well stocked. The condo backs up to the golf course and I enjoyed sitting on the patio. Close to many stores and restaurants. The only negative was the people upstairs were loud. All in all I would stay here again.

We had a very comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable. Any concerns we had we relayed to the contact and got an immediate response. The Pub across the way was great and very convenient. We did not really use the kitchen or watch tv much as we did not spend much time in the unit but were very comfortable.

Great place for a golf trip

Showers need some cleaning and there is a sliding door that needs to be fixed. Property is great other than that. Appliances are clean and well taken care of. Location is very convenient and the owner was very responsive.

Great stay!

Condo was spacious! Inside was clean and everything was provided. The location was great and view of golf course was incredible. Didn't care for the cigarette butts left all over the place outside the condo both in outdoor space and sidewalks.

Enjoyed

We enjoyed our stay. The price was right and we had view of golf course. I wished they had hand soap for the bathrooms. They only had shower gel for one bathroom. I never has to bring bring hand soap to a VRBO. Bathrooms are a little out dated with a peeling ceiling.

Great with one caveat

The propety is great and clean. Really 4.5 stars. One minor issue. This is a first floor condo with someome above you. If you are a light sleeper you are basically waking up when the group above you wakes up. Especially on check out day with lungage and feet stomping around above you. Other than sleep it is a great rental. Thank you!
