The house was perfect for our big family. Very spacious and well stocked. Easy drive to the beach with our golf cart we rented. The only downside is the pool is tiny. Looked much bigger in the pictures. Just a minor inconvenience when we all wanted to get in.

The place was clean! Close to the beach. It was decorated so nice. Towel rack in master was down when we got there but wasn’t an issue. Even the neighbors were very nice. Definitely put thought into making a welcoming place. We loved it.

Host was great with communication. House was perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for all. It was a short walk to the beach which was really convenient. The pool was great after the beach. Kitchen had everything needed. House, pool and grounds were clean and well maintained. We didn’t want to leave!We would rent again for sure!!!

Family spring break

Roomy and clean. Beach is a block away and pool in backyard! Had five kids stay under 6 years old. There is a nice park 5 minutes away, lots of putt putt and a lovely pier with an arcade in garden city that was a blast!

Great getaway near Myrtle Beach

We had a group of adults getting together for a vacation. We had golfers and beach goers. This location was great. Very short walk to the beach and if you didn't feel like dealing with the sand, the pool was great too. It isn't hard to be near golf courses in the area but this location was perfect since we were focused on courses on the southern end of Myrtle/Garden City/Surfside. And, for night life and food, Murrells Inlet was a short ride away. The house was outstanding. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Plenty of storage. And plenty of bathrooms. The huge kitchen table was great for everyone to sit together. Upon walking in you could tell (and smell) how well it was cleaned. I couldn't have found an issue even if I tried hard to! I did have a couple of questions and the communication was great. We were able to very quickly have a conversation by text. Very fast responses. It made me feel welcome, like staying at a friend's house. Thank you very much!

Very enjoyable and a great location.

We loved the house and its location and the pool. It was wonderful that we were able to bring our dog. A couple of problems upon our arrival were promptly addressed by Tammy S. We hope to be back again.

Great Beach Vacation

First time at the beach for our grandkids and our doggos.The house was great for us. Everyone loved the pool and easy beach access. We all love to cook and the kitchen was equipped to our satisfaction.( although we do travel with our own sharp knives ) Anything you could want (groceries, ice cream, mini golf, pier, beach shops) was just a short drive away. I was even able to get my hair cut on a whim one rainy afternoon. Was one of the best vacations ever! Grand kids are ready to go back....

Awesome!

We enjoyed our stay very much. There were only a couple things that we would like to share with other potential vacationers. The pool is quite small, the information listed about the house needs updated. Some of the pictures need updated, the cleaning service does not put the sheets on the beds, their is no ice chest down by the pool. The owner is awesome! Our A/C stopped working and she had someone there the same day to fix it. We would definitely rent this house again in the future.

The pool was perfect to have for babies!

There was some strange black "soot" on the sides of the pool, grill area, outside steps and living room floor. I wiped down all the railings to clear off the black and as for the owner, she had someone out immediately to clean the floors and look at the grill and all was fine. We appreciated her quick response!

Great home close to the beach

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. Very large group stayed together. House has a large living room/dining room area where we enjoyed meals together. We walked to the beach each day and spent time in the pool each afternoon and evening. We enjoyed exploring South Myrtle and all that it offers. We found some wonderful restaurants just south of us and loved spending time at the Huntington State park. The only issue we had was with the public garbage trucks and leaving trash every where, which was not the fault of the homeowners.

Great location! Convenient to restaurants and beach!

Layout of house was very nice. Lots of space for the family to hang out together. Pool on the premises was very convenient and nice to relax in. Main drawback was the comfort level of the beds. Would consider staying there again. Great feedback from Tammy when I had to contact her.

Family Beach Trip

Excellent! This place was perfect for our family, including our younger grandsons. With security in an unfamiliar location being our main prioritiy, as we traveled with our young grandchildren. We were able to keep them safely secured both inside the fenced area with the pool, and inside the home! The owner was fantastic in communication & quickly addressing any concerns we had! The location is perfect, an easy walk or golf cart to the beach. There was a group of young teens staying right next door, but we never heard them when we went in for the night. Even when we were all outsude by the pools- the solid privacy fencing kept our space private & we never felt disrupted by anything/anyone next door! We absolutley loved our stay & will definitely return in the future! The home was clean, and had plenty of dishes, pots & pans, etc!

Vacation Stay

Everything was good. Only 2 minor issues. The property is listed as a 5 bedroom 5 bath house, but it’s actually a 5 bedroom 4 1/2 bath. So two people had to share a bathroom instead of everyone having their own bathroom as planned. And the 4pm check in and 9 am check out is not cool. I remember when these places were 12 or 1 check in and 10 am check out times. Especially driving for 12 hours and you can’t get into your house until 4pm. They need to go back to a 1pm check in. Other than that, the house was clean, the pool was great and it’s only a 1 block walk to the beach. The grocery stores and everything else are less than a mile away, which makes everything very convenient. We would definitely stay here again

Location was great, pictures and cleaning need updated

For a $4000 rental, cleanliness and the list below should be corrected to get a higher rating. Tammy did reply quickly when I sent pictures of what we found. She sent 3 older women, 1 which had a serious illness to rectify the situation. Feeling horrible for that women we just settled for what they could do. We bought our own Lysol wipes to wipe things around the house including bathrooms to feel comfortable. Issues listed below; Upon arrival found unit was not as clean as the pictures and email cleaning list made it seem. Bathroom downstairs had poop smear on sink Found the pool was dirty with Sand, bugs, debris. Pool guy never came throughout our stay. According to the check in instructions pool guy would visit 2x week. Patio, patio chairs and table , grill were very dirty. We couldn’t use the grill. (Women used Lysol spray to clean the dirty patio tables) Dog poop left on tiny lawn from previous renters Cigarette butts found all throughout the different decks. Bed sheets had stains that looked like feces. (Women changed them out for cleaner ones) Beds were not comfortable Dishes had dried up crusty food, had to rewash everything we wanted to use. Pictures need updated. The yard had a small patch of grass 3 dogs had to share. Not what the picture shows. Found trash from previous renters under multiple beds.
