Hugging one side of the villa, a 27m² private heated swimming pool (1,40m depth) seamlessly connects to a soothing 2m² heated spa whirlpool, offering a unified, indulgent aquatic experience. The pool and whirlpool are heated together for your convenience, ensuring comfort throughout your stay. A 24m² children’s pool (0,50m depth) is thoughtfully positioned nearby, creating a family-friendly atmosphere. Designed for guests of all ages, the villa features a lawn-covered outdoor playground (featuring a play structure & a caterpillar tunnel for kids), as well as a ping pong table for impassioned matches and unforgettable moments. Luxury sunbeds, shaded seating areas, and a charcoal BBQ with a sink, along with a 42" Smart TV, make alfresco moments unforgettable. What’s more, four bicycles are available for fitness enthusiasts.

- Preferred Months | Pool, Children's Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the Pool, Children's Pool & Spa Whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Spanning three floors, the villa boasts four beautifully styled bedrooms and three elegant bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests – 8 guests sleep in real beds, while 2 additional guests can be accommodated on folding beds in the living room. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible, featuring a specially designed bathroom with accessibility amenities. The shower area in the bathroom is 90cm wide and is specifically designed to allow a person in a wheelchair to turn around comfortably. For fitness enthusiasts, the lower floor offers a dedicated workout area equipped with a treadmill, stationary exercise bike, stepper, and multi-station machine, ensuring you can stay active during your stay.
