Traumhafter Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist ein absolutes Highlight. Wir wurden so gastfreundlich empfangen. Zu Beginn war sogar der Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Lebensmitteln für den ersten Tag gefüllt. Uns wurde ein Glas selbstgemachter Honig geschenkt und auch frisches Olivenöl. Für den Tag der Anreise wurde sogar ein traditionelles Gericht für uns gekocht. So kommt man gerne an! Wir haben uns seit Minute 1 sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Sauberkeit ist 1A und die Villa bietet alles was man braucht. Selbst einige averbrauchsmaterialien stehen zur Verfügung. Da wir mit Baby angereist sind, brachte Stelio uns zusätzlich noch einen Laufstall, was unseren Aufenthalt zusätzlich nochmal erleichtert hat. Die Ausstattung für Kinder und Babys ist TOP! Spielzeug, babybadewanne uvm.Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, sodass man definitiv ein Auto benötigt. Aber dadurch lernt man einfach auch das echte Kreta kennen. Weg von viel Tourismus. Welchen man aber auch schnell mit dem Auto erreicht.(Panormo, Rethymno..)Absolutes Highlight der Unterkunft ist eindeutig der Pool Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Aufenthalt bei euch!Wir kommen wieder!

Cretan Perfection!

From the moment we arrived, at 1am, we knew we had found somewhere special. The owners had left us a veritable feast of produce and home cooked food. Stuffed tomatoes and peppers, wine, water, their own honey and olive oil. The villa itself is beautiful and has clearly been modernised recently. The air conditioning units were brilliant and the quality of fixtures and fittings excellent. There were seemingly dozens of towels provided for our use, which were changed after a week, as well as the beds which were very comfortable. The garden round the villa is beautifully kept and benefits from the most stunning panoramic view across the mountains and down to the sea. The pool was spotless and safe and there was also a table tennis table, swings and toys provided. The small town at the bottom of the hill from the villa has plentiful shops for supplies and we spent a lot of time in the fishing village of Panormos, about 10 minutes drive away. Rethymno was about 30 minutes drive. Even when the beds and towels were changed after a week, the owners left us a box of delicious pastries. We could not have felt better looked after. We can only thank Elizabeth for her kindness and care. We will be back!

Phantastisch

Wir hatten im September ´23 drei wundervolle Wochen in der Villa Elisabeth in Perama / Kreta ! Die Villa entsprach in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Ausstattung, Lage, Sauberkeit ( speziell der Pool ) - perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub.Trotz einer sehr frühen Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und wurden durch diverse Kleinigkeiten überrascht. Getränke, Kaffee, Obst, Gemüse, Olivenöl vom Vermieter, etc. - es war alles vorhanden, um einen stressfreien ersten Urlaubstag am Pool zu genießen !! Im Ort Perama findet man alles, was man zur Versorgung benötigt. Ein Fahrzeug ist allerdings sinnvoll. Die nächsten Strände erreicht man mit dem Auto nach ca. 10 Minuten. Also insgesamt ein perfekter Urlaub. Nochmals vielen Dank speziell an Stelios für den tollen Service und viele Grüße an Elisabeth und Antonis !! Bis bald - wir kommen wieder !!

Magnifique Villa

L'espace extérieur était très agréable et très bien entretenu. La vue est superbe. La piscine est parfaite pour des jeunes enfants (profondeur de 70cm pour la pataugeoire). Rien ne manquait à l'intérieur et tout était très bien entretenu également. Tout est conforme à l'annonce et même plus. Le frigo était rempli à notre arrivée et Stelios nous a gentiment offert un bon repas après notre long voyage. La famille était très accueillante et très gentille. Merci beaucoup pour tout. On reviendra certainement.

Beautiful villa fantastic view and wonderful hosts

The villa is absolutely lovely, with everything you could want inside and plenty of space outside in both shade and sun. The pool is perfect and the views from every part of the property from garden to roof are stunning. You can see right down to the sea. It is a short walk downhill into Perama where there are several supermarkets and cafes and butchers etc, all of whom are so friendly and helpful. The villa is in short distance of the sea and major towns. The hosts were excellent - so friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended.

Perfect villa in an beautiful location

We had a wonderful two week stay at Villa Elisabeth. It was even better than we expected. Directions and info given to us by the owner were spot on and all questions we had were answered quickly, both before and during our stay. Stelios, the owners father, was also on hand and was incredibly welcoming and friendly. We had a lovely welcome pack of local food on arrival, including Olive Oil from Stelios' olive grove and honey from his bees! The villa itself was somfortable and spacious, with everything you could need - large fridge freezer, mini dishwasher, cooker, microwave and washing machine as well as TV's in all the rooms and Wi-Fi. The beds were comfortable and we slept well every night. Without a doubt the star of this villa is the gardens and the view. A really large garden with a good size pool, we spent almost every day of our holiday lazing on the sunbeds. The gardens are well maintained and there are beautiful flowers. Then there's the views - breathtaking - whether sunrise, during the day, sunset or at night! From the garden, first floor balcony or roof there was so much to see. We particularly enjoyed sitting ont he balcony in the evening when we returned from dinner. I would say that yu definitely need a car if you are staying here. You could walk into the village, but during the summer the walk back would be very hot as it is up a steep hill. Perama itself has a couple of restaurants, a few coffee shops, supermarkets and a good bakery and patisserie shop. We ate a few times in Thraka (Θράκα) and the food was tasty and excellent value. There are plenty of take away menu's in the villa if you want to phone for delivery, and there is also a gas BBQ in the garden. All in all our stay was more than we could have hoped for and we will definitely be back. Thank you Elisabeth and Stelios.

Fantastisch verblijf

Het ontvangst was zeer aangenaam. We kregen bij aankomst honing, olijfolie, verschillende lekkernijen, fruitsap,... De villa was zeer mooi, proper, de bedden en de airco waren goed. De buitenruimte was fantastisch! Het overdekte terras met prachtig uitzicht was zalig vertoeven. Het zwembad was ontzettend goed onderhouden en heel fijn om in te zwemmen. Ons zoontje van 4 jaar vond het kinderbad leuk om in te spelen. We kregen een mooi afscheidsgeschenk. Onze vakantie was perfect en we keren zeker graag nog een keertje terug!

Wonderful

We had a wonderful week in Villa Elisabeth. The house was very clean, spacious and calm. The pool was very pleasant and the view from the garden was magic. And the most of all: Elisabeth and his father were very welcoming. We arrived late with our kids and they have prepared for us a speciality of Crete for the dinner and all necessary for the first days because all supermarket were closed on easter day. The villa was at 20 minutes of a nice beach and 30 minutes of the beautiful city of Rethymnon but far from the crowd. Brief: a perfect villa for our family. Thanks Elisabeth

Traumurlaub in der Villa Elisabeth

Kurzfassung - ein perfekter Urlaub von A-Z! Die Betreuung über die Agentur sowie vor Ort durch den Besitzer waren perfekt. Bei Fragen oder Hilfe oder Tips wurde umgehend reagiert. Die Villa ist wie beschrieben - sauber, ordentlich und mit sehr guter Ausstattung (im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Objekten). Klar, die Lage ist etwas entfernt vom Meer, aber das weiß ich vorher. Dafür wird man entschädigt mit einem traumhaften Rundumblick in die Berge und Richtung Meer. Die Willkommens Getränke und Essen waren auch total lieb. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal zu Gast und würden die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Lovely villa with amazing views!

My family and I have just returned from a fabulous two week holiday in Villa Elisabeth which is situated in a stunning location with far reaching views of the surrounding countryside and sea. The villa is clean, tidy and well equipped. The swimming pools are a good size and are surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden. The welcome pack that awaited us was amazing and every bit of it was devoured! Villa Elisabeth is set in a very quiet and private location on the outskirts of Perama, a town which has all the supermarkets, butchers, fishmongers and other shops you will need during your stay. A car is essential and it gives you good access to other local areas to explore. We spent a lot of time at the local beaches of Panormos and Bali. Panormos is a ten minute drive and there are some good tavernas to be found there which serve food all day. A trip to Margarites is worthwhile. It is a lovely village set high in the hills and is known for its pottery. There are also some tavernas with amazing views and delicious food. Thank you to Elisabeth and her father, Stelios, for a warm welcome, their kindness during our stay, and for their assistance when needed including advice on good places to visit and eat.

Perfect for a family holiday

Elisabeth and Stelios went to great lengths to make us welcome - lots of thoughtful touches, such as fresh fruit and wine in the fridge. Stelios is THE nicest man in the world and couldn't do enough for us. The pool is beautiful, and the views over the hills were stunning. Would definitely visit again.

Spacious, clean, overall extremely well kept house and surrounding gardens with attention to detail, excellent beds and rooms with quiet air conditioning, peaceful, close to non-touristic Perama, Bali beaches and shops and long beach at Rethymnon, Georgiopolis beach a must, 50 min away by car to Psilotiris for a memorable hike to the top at 2456 meters, extremely kind and generous hosts just like the locals that are too.
