The house features a spacious terrace and garden that invite you to lazy summer days, barbecues, and outdoor games. Here you live in a peaceful area yet close to everything – grocery store, restaurants, harbor, scenic walking paths, and several beautiful swimming spots. The villa is bright and welcoming, accommodating up to 5 guests. On the ground floor, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living room with TV, a small bedroom with a single bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. From the kitchen, a door leads out to the large terrace overlooking the valley and harbor. Upstairs are two bedrooms – one with a double bed (two 90 cm beds joined together) and one with two single beds. The beautiful garden is perfect for both relaxation and play. Here you’ll find outdoor furniture, parasol, and a barbecue. On the backside, you can enjoy the shade on hot summer days. The morning and evening dip is just 250 meters away, and within walking distance, there’s both a natural beach (1 km) and a public bathing area with a diving tower (1.5 km).

Tjörn is one of the gems of the Swedish west coast, offering culture, nature, and true archipelago life. From Rönnäng, you can take the ferry to the car-free islands Åstol, Dyrön, and Tjörnekalv – charming little islands with cafés, cliffs, and picturesque surroundings. In Skärhamn, you’ll find several restaurants, fish shops, and small craft boutiques, as well as the famous Nordic Watercolour Museum with exhibitions from artists all over the world. For art lovers, Pilane Sculpture Park is a must-see – a unique art experience set in a cultural landscape with grazing sheep. If you enjoy good food and nature, Sundsby Manor is a popular excursion spot with a café, restaurant, hiking trails, and caves. In just 9 minutes, you’ll reach Stenungsund for shopping and restaurants, and within an hour’s drive, you can visit Gothenburg, Liseberg, Universeum, or Nordens Ark.



Good to Know About This Accommodation:

• A deposit of 2,000 SEK will be pre-authorized on your card upon arrival. The amount is released within one week after check-out, provided the house is left in good condition after inspection.

• Bed linen and towels can be rented: 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person respectively.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean the house themselves; cleaning supplies are available.

• Electricity is included in the rent. Charging of electric cars is not permitted.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted, and parties are not permitted.
