"The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The shower was excellent, and really appreciated the heated towel rack. We also had a pleasant experience at the bar, and the breakfast was very good—especially as they were able to accommodate my gluten-free requirements. The only downside was that the corridors felt a bit outdated, and noise carried quite easily. We could hear activity from both the hallway and the neighbouring room."

"We stayed in Room 2, The Ercall, it was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean and the views were amazing. Excellent attention to detail with good selection of hot beverages in te room. Taxi into Shrewsbury town was £10 and 15 - 20 minutes. The staff at the Riverside Inn are its greatest asset, polite, friendly, knowledgeable bout the local area, made time to chat and had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. "

"I stayed for two nights in the lovely Darwin room. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy, with everything I needed (hair dryer, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities, fresh water, toiletries). Breakfast in the mornings was fantastic! Chosen from a menu and freshly made to order it was high quality and non greasy. I thoroughly enjoyed it.
