Great location on the banks of the Rhine River. Several wooded walking trails from the hotel. There is a water filtration pump station right next to the hotel that gives off a foul odor, which is unfortunate. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating. Room was good.

The hotel was OK, rooms were ample enough... But the problem was with the front desk staff, check in was good but the MALE staff on day of check out was unacceptable, the guy in the light grey suit was RUDE and not helpful at all. This reflects on the overall stay, we're supposed to stay another ...
