"The property was clean when we checked in. The pictures and ad are accurate. It has all the basic necessities you would need for a comfortable short stay. The location is really close to downtown area and everything else you'd wanna visit and do while in Grand Haven. Only real complain is the single bathroom which can become a problem if more than 2 people stayed in the house. A second bathroom or even half bath would have made this place close to perfect."

"This house is fantastic, the location is super close to town but away from others. You can still hear the traffic, but if you look up river, all you see is a stunning wetland river ecosystem and a sweet old railroad bridge. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck over the river, saw a pair of mallards, swans, Canada geese, a turtle and a water snake in just a short time frame. The house was comfortable, and meet our needs."

"Communication with owner was not that great. Said property would ready around 3:00 p.m. when asked about check in time. Arrived at 3:30 p.m. and when we tried to open the door, the cleaning crew was super annoyed and said it won’t be available until after 4:00 p.m. Condo was super clean and very spacious!"
