"Excellent staff, ideal location in the heart of Fowey with waterside terrace. No parking but that was to be expected. The main car park up the steep hill about 10 minutes walk. A shuttle bus service operates to and from the car park from 10am. Pick up in the town by the church, 2 minutes walk from the hotel."

"An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months"

Hairdryer, ironing board, iron and microwave. However, the fridge was the reason I booked. A seating area where you can chill without a TV on and a small book shelf with a wide variety of books. "Agree entirely with a previous review. Not an hotel, just a B&B with bar and a very limited menu. The proprietess wanted to talk at us. The son, considerably older than 21, came up to us in the bar and said his mother would be with us soon to serve us drinks. Clearly he was not authorized to. Why? So we waited another 5 --10 mins for her to appear. No hot water in room - neither shower nor wash basin.
