"Every CitizenM property I stayed in was great in the same aspects as this Seattle hotel. Modern, clean, joyful, great staff, with everything one may need.
It's a different kind of experience than a traditional hotel, so more traditional travelers may find it awkward, because the concept is completely revamped, and I guess catered to younger guests.
