"We only stayed for a couple of nights but we had a great stay. The team is really friendly. The room has everything you need and the bathroom on top of being fun, has a really good aeration system. The bed is god, big, and probably a little too soft for my taste. The location is good, about 10min walking from One Nimman and Maya malls. There is also everything you need within 5min walking around the hotel (laundry, 711, etc…)"

"We booked 4 villas and the management has arranged the villas to be next to each other.
The staff is very friendly, prompt and helpful.
However, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the swimming pool area. Me and my friends were never able to swim."

"I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. They are laid back and offer nice coffee, tea, and snacks downstairs.
The room itself was big and luxurious, with a huge bed. It was clean and they added fresh towels and made up the bed everyday. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and was a great escape from the April heat in Northern Thailand.

"Very well located, right next to the Maya shopping mall. Low cost quality of building and finishes. Very thin walls so you could hear everything from people outside in the corridor, people next door and the planes and cars from outside. In the other hand, the mattress and pillows were very nice. Very good cleaning service and good quality and variety of breakfast. They also offer laundry service (1kg clothes, 350 THB) so it was very convenient and it came very well cleaned and ironed. "

"We were extremely happy with our stay due to the wonderful hospitality of the owners, Nui, her parents and younger sister, Fon. They provided a wonderful breakfast ( many choices) every morning & gave us valuable advice on places to go & things to see in the area.
