"We booked 4 villas and the management has arranged the villas to be next to each other. The staff is very friendly, prompt and helpful. However, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the swimming pool area. Me and my friends were never able to swim."

Very thin walls so you could hear everything from people outside in the corridor, people next door and the planes and cars from outside. In the other hand, the mattress and pillows were very nice. Very good cleaning service and good quality and variety of breakfast. They also offer laundry service (1kg clothes, 350 THB) so it was very convenient and it came very well cleaned and ironed. "

"I found this place to be amazing ! Had my own bedroom with a/c shared bathroom for 11$ can a night! The staff here are incredibly helpful and will do everything to make you stay the best they can ,from giving directions or helping book a bus ticket .common areas and washrooms are cleaned daily . If you want your room cleaned you just have to ask ! Free coffee /water and wifi is a nice bonus . Location wise it’s not in the centre but a 20 min walk and your at the north gat to the old city ! "I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. They are laid back and offer nice coffee, tea, and snacks downstairs. The room itself was big and luxurious, with a huge bed. It was clean and they added fresh towels and made up the bed everyday.
