"Food was ok Room budget ok, Staff Reception lady ok, restuarant lady friendly and patient. Bar Staff surly not impressed. Booked through booking .com booked 2 rooms 1 double and 1 twin for £70 each Actually paid for 2 rooms £72 each and it was 2 doubles"

"We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. "

"Nobody at the property when we arrived, had to wait 10 minutes for the housekeeping lady to arrive. She was great and very apologetic. Room was freezing on arrival."

"We chose this b&b for its location, convenient for our one night stop in between St Davids and Tenby. Friendly owners made our arrival & short stay nice & easy. Big, new and comfortable 2 rooms with views to the wide beach close by. "

"Set well off the beaten track among really nice gardens, not close to town, but within a few minutes drive, this a rather stately BnB. Our room was very spacious."

"Beautifully remodeled seaview room. Appreciated the nice shower and toiletries. Breakfast was provided the evening before in a cooler. All needed items were thoughtfully provided. Self-check in and out easy and the directions were clear. Dinner in the pub was also quite tasty."

"What a gorgeous setting for a lovely long weekend away in a beautiful part of the world. The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the grounds impeccably maintained, resulting in a perfect family reunion weekend involving picnics in the gardens, meals in the restaurants and restful sleeps. Highly recommend and we already want to return!"

"The service was great, though my suggestion is that it is difficult to pair with an extended stay when you booked a short stay. The long-stay owners were extremely loud on the last day. Overall, a three-star from me, just because the service was good."

"The rooms were lovely, warm and clean. Having a dog bed and food bowls was a lovely touch. The fridge was useful and we have plenty of space. The bed was very comfy. We really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the fried bread!! The staff were amazing, we wished we could have stayed longer! "
