"6 people stayed in our group. Disappointing that we were charged £25 per couple for early check-in. Even as it was only 30 minutes before normal check in. Reception was not up to speed with our bookings as we had pre-paid for everything but when we checked out they got mixed up and printed bill for full amount. Until we very politely informed them. Also whilst good range of breakfast delights very slow service"

"The drive resembles an entrance to building site, large pot hoke. Wall paper peeling off in bathroom, bed mattress bigger then bed base/6 inches over hang but was comfortable. Heavy duty curtains r/h hanging on by 2 clips, tv stand broken & lots of dust + no back up toilet roll. Didn't go down for second breakfast as it's not even continental. "Hollins Hall has been a great and grand hotel in the past I think. Does it need a revamp? Absolutely! That said, the bed was comfy. It caters for the golfing fraternity mostly it seems. Where Hollins Hall isn't as grand as the name might imply, we do stay there often as it's close to family we visit. In the broad scheme of things it's fine if you need a comfy bed for the night and it's very good value for money. "Beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was so cosy, clean & well looked after. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, they made us feel very at home and were very attentive throughout our time. Great location and a short 5 minute drive to Haworth.
