"Great spot away from the busy Tokyo area. The rooms and the hotel is special in its own way and has a lot of character. Felt like being in my grandparents home. Really enjoyed staying here and it made it incredibly easy to walk to and from the train station to get bus tickets. Would definitely tell friends to stay here in the future. "

"Ski in ski out location. Fantastic hotel with large rooms and indoor fire pit. Staff were extremely helpful. Having a vehicle is preferable to go to and from town but they do run a shuttle Service free of charge."

"We loved our stay here. Shuto and Yuya were excellent hosts. This place definitely gives off hostel/community vibes however you get the comfort of your own room. Convenient location. It’s hard to get around town if you don’t have a car but there are a few shuttles running throughout the day. "

"100% recommend! The staff are all super helpful. Breakfast and dinner are delicious! When we first arrived at Hakuba station, the hotel said they will arrange a pick up for us. The moment we stepped out of the station, the hotel staff was there waiting with a signage that made it easy for us to find. He was even willing to bring us to a nearby convenient store to buy stuff if needed, even though we didn't need to. At the hotel, we managed to get early check in which was great and allowed...
