They were a model of kindness and professionality and gave us an accomodation more expensive and they paid the difference of price. I regret we could not stay at the hotel, but, no doubt, this wil be our choice hotel if we return to Katoomba and we will recommend it to all our friends and colleagues."

"Disability friendly. No stairs at Entrance. Ramps to kitchen and lounge area. Lift to lower floor. Stayed in a 4 bed room. Emergency Exit is also on the lower floor. Disabled toilet combined with disabled shower located on main floor. Will stay again."
