"El hotel se encuentra en una ubicación privilegiada dentro de Exeter, a 5min andando tanto del centro como del muelle ("quay"). El edificio, un antiguo hospital, es realmente bonito por fuera y muy cuidado por dentro. El personal muy agradable, y el desayuno increíble, con servicio de cocina aparte del buffet. Como pega, el tamaño de las habitaciones "individuales", verdaderamente pequeñas, aunque acogedoras."

"I appreciate this is a eco hotel but for the price paid it was unacceptable levels of heat. They say that there is an air filtering system. It was absolutely boiling and uncomfortable. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. You have to go outside to get this to be honest with you when you have a short breakaway you just would like to have reasonable facilities in your room. We had to queue for the lift. I would definitely not recommend a stay stop here"

We never were able to use our reservation and did not stay after paying in full. I called earlier in the day to confirm, and they gave me the lockbox location and code, but upon arrival by taxi (after midnight) there were no keys in the box, leaving us alone outside with no car. Moto Velo is <20 mins from the Uni Campus, This place caught my eye as it allows dogs to stay at a reasonable price, much better than the ridiculous amount some of the hotels in Exeter were charging. "My friend and I stopped here overnight on our way to Cornwall. The area is beautiful and it's a nice old estate/manor. The rooms were clean, but a little dated. It must've been a wedding party that stayed overnight, as we heard all of them in the courtyard and hallways at 7 am, so the walls are extremely thin. Fine for a one night stay."
