"The room was huge, which was great for 6 of us. I enjoyed how they decorated for Christmas, a tree on every floor by the elevator. We liked the warm cookies available for free in the afternoon and the fruit available for free in the morning. The pull-out couch isn't very comfortable, but that's not surprising. It costs $20 to park the car in the ramp, but you can only park on floor 4 or 5, which was weird. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Rizzo Center. It was clean and an amazing place for what we paid. Our king size suite had a kitchen/entry area, a living room, large bedroom, huge bathroom, and a very large balcony. We enjoyed the plush bathrobes and the guest pantry that offered us late night snacks, ice cream, and drinks. The breakfast buffet was high quality and included a wait staff at elegant plated tables. While I didn't enjoy the fitness center, it definitely offered a lot of options....

"I came here to visit the universities, and the hotel forgot to clean my room. I mentioned around noon that they should clean it before my second tour, which was at 5:00 PM, but they still didn’t do it. I was very frustrated; the customer service was poor, and the reception staff were unhelpful when it came to assisting customers. The supervisor was unable to resolve anything, and the manager was completely absent. I do not recommend this hotel."

"At check in, the lady was not very nice. She did not give us a welcome bag (like I saw other people receive), and she even forgot to give us our keys! She also did not mention the happy hour that the hotel has in the afternoon Monday-Thursday. Thankfully we were down at the pool and found out from another guest. Front desk definitely needs to be more informative and friendly. Upon arriving to out room, the toilet had issues flushing. That was fixed quickly. However, the bathroom sink did not...
