"The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Food was really well presented and delicious. Facilities at the hotel were excellent. We had a lovely stay, everything you need for a relaxing break away in a lovely part of the New Forest."

"We booked the room thinking we had access to the spa as all photos showed it, but when we got there we didn’t have access to most spa areas, which were a premium service on top of the room cost (over £250/night). The room was spacious but it’s old fashioned and didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel. Disappointing."
