"Pedí que me recogieran en el aeropuerto, me dijeron que llamara desde la recogida de equipaje que pasarían a recogerme, al llegar a las 7 de la mañana me dicen que no es posible, que coja un taxi ( no me gustan los taxis desconocidos por riesgo de secuestro). La estancia resulta cara para estar situado en un país tan económico, pero es una buena opción especialmente por su nivel de seguridad, "

"this property is not a hotel, it's a simple guest house in a very congested busy rough area. The Bungalow location is very hidden no signboards, and no one in the area knows about this hotel where about. I spend 20-30mins trying to locate this property, was scared of the area, and still asked 4 people for the direction of this site but no one knows. I have to book another property to stay and paid more. I will suggest avoiding this property and paying a little bit more and booking near the city...

UPON ARRIVAL, THE receptionist refused TO CHECK US IN BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE MY CONFIRMATION INFORMATION. IT IS AN UNSAFE PLACE TO STAY. I FILED A COMPLAINT, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
