On Too of the very nice owners , the more than 70 bonsaïs garden and the pool makes this place a good place to rest after a day at the beach or in Hoi an old district. The lend bikes for free , perfect to visit the city and even head to the beach . Definitely a good choice "

"Excelente todo. Me encantó. Habitación súper amplia y baño enorme. Cama comodísima. El personal súper amable. El desayuno está bien. La pileta esta muy bien pero falta un poco más de espacio para las reposeras. La ubicación está bastante bien. A pocos metros del inicio del centro histórico. "

"El personal es muy servicial y nos ayudó mucho a contratar algunos tours. La habitación no tenia lujos pero es más que suficiente. El hotel está bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila pero no lejos del centro."

"The hotel was lovely and in a great location, but after my first night the hotel and that whole part of town was flooded and I had to be 'evacuated' by canoe. The woman who was at the front desk was an incredible help - if not for her, I would still be stranded. I can't begin to complement her highly enough for her dedication to her job and the safety and comfort of the guests. I highly recommend this hotel and their excellent staff!"

"Everyone was friendly and always asked if we were ok or needed anything. It’s very clean. Boutique Hotels are common in this area, located in the alleys. Many restaurants, massage, shopping are located in the alleys. There is a small quaint coffee shop with healthy eating called Shelter Cafe. Step out of the Homestay, go left and it’s on your right hand side. The Night Shopping is just a few feet away, all in walking distance!! Lan Uyen Homestay was was wonderful. Only thing was those beautiful...

No hacen el más mínimo esfuerzo por fidelizar al cliente: si el hotel está medio vacío, no ofreces un upgrade retribuido: lo haces y punto, como otras cadenas (léase TAJ, por ejemplo), y te ganas un cliente de por vida."

"El mejor hotel de todo el viaje a Vietnam. Las instalaciones estaban limpias y cuidadas. La habitación era grande, bonita, limpia y con todas las comodidades. La situación era muy buena: a 5 minutos del Old Town pero apartado del bullicio. El personal muy amable y servicial y servian un desayuno cocinado al momento. "
