"The place was in general fine. A bit far from the Old Town and downtown. Room was a bit small though but clean"

"Maravilloso , todos muy amables y atentos "

"Overall beautiful location and hotel. But .... Staff needs to upgrade their hospitality. Bathroom looks clean, but once you look closer can see that has been wiped off with wet towel and that's it. 4* hotel but in superior room the mattress of sofa bed was horrible. Really in 4* hotel??? They say due to Covid, they clean rooms only every 3 days, but .... 1) we have baby so it means nappies and aromas that comes with them.... 2) in breakfast area are signed Face masks obligatory, but stuff...

"The hotel is good and breakfast excellent. However in the bathroom a nasty smell was coming out of the ceiling. I had stayed before here and never noticed something similar so I guess it was a problem with this room in particular but, honestly, they should take care of things like this"

"Great location and excellent breakfast (but come early for the full spread). You get a 10% discount at the hotel restaurant, but it was a bit too fancy for me.

"Luxury and privacy. Great breakfast."

"Excelente hotel a pie del Casco histórico. Desayuno excelente"

"Robo.

"It has been a nice experience. Hotel is good located close to city center and my room was really cosy."

"Nice hotel, well located and clean"
