Beautiful house! Fieldtrip took care of us. We had a rocky beginning as there was a misunderstanding about a property we originally booked but they took care of it right away and we couldn't be happier!

This was the 4th time we stayed at this property and will stay the 5th time if it's available for our next trip, which already says a lot about the property. Plenty of space, excellent floor plan, perfect patio for our use. Most importantly, Angelica was great to work with, she was an excellent problem solver, polite and professional.

Best staycation ever

Everything about this house is amazing all the details for comfort so impressive. The host extremely accessible and very very generous. The view is magnificent. I wish the weather had been better so that we could have enjoyed the outdoors more. It was rainy the whole week we were there. I would highly recommend this property and any other property that the field trip group owns because they are amazing.!

A wonderful place to celebrate a special event.

We enjoyed our stay very much a nice home with a beautiful back yard and the infinity pool that was the best. There were a few minor things ,but they were taken care of right away. The house was clean plenty of towels nice kitchen with lots of room for our guest.when you want to celebrate a special event then this is the house for you.

Perfect Place for Family

My family came stayed at this home for my Daughters Graduation and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The view was absolutely breathtaking, offering a stunning backdrop that made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind. The house itself was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. Additionally, the communication with the management team was excellent—they were always quick to respond and very polite. Overall, it was an outstanding stay, and I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Disappointed

From the check in to our stay, we were very disappointed. Our name was changed during the handoff between Vrbo and Fieldtrip. We were asked to prove we were who we said we were. Many examples of things not working at the home. Repair person made 3 visits to the home. Everyone we spoke with was pleasant, but we were and remain very disappointed. We paid a premium.

Beautiful property with a few snags

Overall, we had a really lovely stay. The home is beautiful and spacious and pretty well maintained. Kudos to Fieldtrip for the timely communication and dispatch of vendors when we had issues. However, there were quite a few issues - including no hot water in the morning, a leaky faucet, and not totally accurate listings for the bedrooms/beds. There is a double bed pull out couch upstairs - but it is a trundle with a thin mattress and there is no privacy in that space, as it is in an open landing off of a game room. Given that our group were all colleagues, it was not a pleasant discovery to the person who thought that was their assigned "room" to learn that any of their coworkers might walk by in a common space while they did not have a door. I have reached out to Fieldtrip to see if there's a possibility of getting credited a portion of our stay given these issues and am waiting to hear back. If possible, will update my review.

Great Pool, Views For Big Family Reunion

The pool at this place is the highlight, with ample outdoor seating at poolside and underneath the porch overhang. There are two large umbrellas that can be moved around. The same goes for the loungers and other chairs. The porch seating is super comfortable and some of us used the long picnic tables for games. Also, a breeze was common and while we were worried about the early-August heat, it wasn’t a problem. The shade didn’t hit the porch seating until around 2pm and 90 minutes later, the edges of the pool were also in the shadows. Meanwhile, the pool water was so comfortable, well—let’s just say, August here is fine! The sunsets and star-gazing were just amazing. Indoors, the bedrooms were mostly spacious—in some cases, obscenely so—and clean. There were 13 of us and while one guest had to settle for the trundle bed (actually located in a small room connected to another bedroom, so that you want some familiarity between those sharing those two spaces), we had lots of room to spread out. The living room is large with comfortable seating. There’s also a large dinning room table, a kitchen table and some barstools. You’ll find that the kitchen cabinets are a little worn, but there are lots of countertops and 2 dishwashers! Plenty of plates/glasses. Field Trip is a great host. They use an app for entry instructions, which is handy. Door dash delivers here. You have to walk to the security gate to get your order. Hikes nearby. Grocery 15 mins. away.

Beautiful remote home with stunning sunsets!

We came with a group of 18 30+ year olds for a couples getaway and it was perfect! There are plenty of well apointed rooms and the pool is really the highlight of the property! I will say the kitchen could have been better stocked with dishes and cooking utensils but other than that it was a great place to call home for the weekend and the check-in process and communication was easy and convenient. Ubers don't go out there so book your transportation in advance! Would definitely recommend this one to anyone with a large group!

What a wonderful family gathering

The pool is the best feature including the seating area around the pool The table on the patio was perfect for dinners. You are looking directly into the sun so dinner at sunset (8 p.m.). The barbecue area was great. Stunning views. The kitchen has lots of work space but is not arranged for convenience. This isa 6-bedroom house as listed on the real estate sites.
