I booked this room for my mom who needed a couple of days rest. She couldn’t stop expressing how much she loved the room with the kitchen and said she was never going to leave. She also said that the staff were so very nice to her. She really needed that so I’m so grateful for everyone who made her feel welcome.

The first room assigned had a terrible odor unrelated to any cooking. The staff did relocate us, however, the common hallways retain odors from all of the cooking that the guests are doing in their rooms. Despite their description that breakfast is included, there is truly no meaningful breakfast provided. The only offering is Instant packaged oatmeal and nasty unhealthy muffins. There is a nice assortment of teas and coffee is hot and fresh. Both are offered 24 hours.

The room is pretty big, and the full kitchen is impressive. However, I was disappointed with the grab-and-go breakfast. I expected it to include at least milk and eggs, but it only had bagged muffins, instant oatmeal, and coffee. As I’m on a business trip, I don’t have time to cook my own breakfast. I would recommend this place for family travel, but not for business travel.

They didn't provide the breakfast at all.Just gave a muffin, small cup of oatmeal, small old apple, banana that's all, even they said they have breakfast on the internet. I was so furious when i stayed.

the hotel and the room were very clean and smelled really good. The only problems we had was that you can hear the people upstairs stomping and they were very noisey and not only that but me and my husband wanted to relax and watch tv the whole stay there and the tv was down we chose a channel and the tv would black out and not let us play anything. We told the front desk but the gentlemen their pretty much said he couldnt do anything and that it was a problem with all the rooms.

We stayed at the hotel prior to pandemic and loved it . However this time it was different . We stayed at the hotel for we were coming down to attend the Temecula wine marathon. However , experience at this hotel unfortunately was off . The hotel overall was overpriced for what you get . It was basically 400 a night .we stayed for two nights but what it says is included is not quite the price. Our room was roomy compared to other hotels but there is lighting options so at times your room may seem dark . There was so paint peeling from walls . In their page it says they had a hot Continental breakfast but upon arrive you see a sign that says only grab n go breakfast . First disappointment. Second was there was no daily cleaning during your stay so if you needed anything you had to go down to the office and get those items . The night staff was a lot nicer than the day staff (an older woman) made us feel guilty for asking for towels or toiletries. Overall , I would only stay here if it was a last resort . For the price is too high and you could get more for that price at other resorts .

They will steal your money. I paid a 190.00 for a sme day Reservation and they would not accept my card when i got there. And then told me i am pasted the Cancellation date and time So I can not get a refund.

Way over priced for this hotel room. The room was dark with inadequate lighting. Only one small window. AC did not work. "Breakfast" is bare minimum, a joke really. I cannot believe we were charged over $350 for this room! Will never return or recommend.

So Spacious
Clean comfortable accommodations. Room was so spacious and had everything I needed and more. Staff was friendly and all greeted you as you passed through the lobby.

When we booked it said poo and hot tub but not open. Also site said breakfast but they only had a pack up breakfast. Disappointed. Also sofa was uncomfortable and looked like it needed to go to the dump. I expected more.

It smells really good when you first walk in. The front desk staff was friendly and very accomodating (gave us a late check out). The room was very nice, like a small apartment.

We had a great stay at this hotel, the only thing I didn't like was that we were told that there was a continental breakfast and where it's located only to find out it was a grab and go, fruit, muffin and instant oatmeal. We've been to other hotels, breakfast's been back for a while but apparently not for this hotel.

Location was nice. However the AC in our assigned room wasn’t working. When we went down stairs to report it we where told the hotel was completely booked and no others rooms where available. Staff advised they would send security up too look at the unit as maintenance was gone. The security guy looked at the AC and determined there was nothing he could do, so we grabbed our luggage and went downstairs to move out. We were stopped by staff who advised they had a suite available and would put us in that suite for that night. The website also stated that a full hot breakfast was also included which it was not. Breakfast consisted of muffins, apples, bananas, and packets of oatmeal. Not too pleased with Marriott. Feeling like since we did not get what was advertised (Full Hot Breakfast) and staff wasn’t truthful about the additional rooms and expected guests to stay in a hot room more could have been done to accommodate us.

I booked this room literally on the way to my destination after another hotel in the area messed up my reservation. I quickly looked for a hotel that looked decent as was able to take my last minute reservation for a decent price. Parking was very easy and I was able to pull right in and find the entrance with ease. I was greeted by two extremely nice front desk employees who walked me through the check in process. I showed up at about 3:30 and they checked me in with no questions even though check in started at 4. It was a nice relief after being so stressed about my previously cancelled stay at the other hotel. When going to hotels, I hate when they charge large inciden

Great location, clean accommodation
My stay was amazing. The hotel is close to a Walmart, restaurant and freeway. The location is all about convenience. The accommodation was clean and fitted our needs perfectly. The only reason I am giving a four star instead of five was that room cleaning was not proactive and/or not clear. Maybe I am asking too much for a home stay accommodation
