Welcome to The Sanctuary, an oceanfront retreat where days naturally flow between the beach, the pool, and time spent together. With expansive indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a private hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and multiple oceanfront porches, this home is made for creating memories with family and friends. Guests return year after year for the thoughtful layout, beautiful beachfront setting, and the way the home brings everyone together while still offering plenty of room to spread out.

When the sun goes down, settle in for movie night in the theatre room with its impressive 135" screen, challenge the group to a game of shuffleboard or pool, or simply relax to the sound of the waves. Located along the quieter southern end of Garden City Beach, you'll enjoy easy access to the Garden City Pier, marina waterfront dining at The Quay and Gulfstream Cafe, and the lively Murrells Inlet MarshWalk just minutes away, where fresh seafood, live music, and stunning sunsets await.

PRIVATE POOL
Open year-round. Seasonal pool heating is available during the spring and fall months (April 1–May 31 and September 1–October 31) for an additional $450 + tax per week. Pool heat is most effective when both daytime and nighttime temperatures remain consistently above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your arrival (but no later than 5 days prior, request after this window will not be accommodated) before requesting pool heat.
