We loved this bungalow! Description by owner is on target, just a minute walk from the beach. Couldn’t ask for a better location and the friendly yet quiet neighborhood made it better. We will definitely be back as it was a perfect getaway for just the 2 of us. Only suggestion I would have is it could use minor updating. But even that doesn’t keep it from making it a great vacation spot.

It was a perfect location, enough room for 4 ppl and a nice pool.The king size bed was very comfortable and it has a blackout curtain that allowed the best sleep!The kitchen was completely stocked if you like to cook.Water pressure was decent. Plenty of towels to use. You do not need to bring beach towels, there are plenty and great quality Nice size TVThe residents of one of the homes will take your trash to the curb and return it. Its beach access is directly across the street. Super easy!!Dead dog saloon is a great restaurant and if you drive into Pawleys Island, Pawleys Island tavern is a must!!Angie and Robbie were quick to answer with any questions. And don’t forget to leave your shell in the basket!!

Family trip

Great area with friendly residents and visitors. The house was very clean and was very nice and equipped with pretty much everything you will need. The area is nice and quiet and right across from the beach and a very easy walk. The little community there is very quiet and everyone is super friendly and willing to talk and help answer any questions or give suggestions about the area. We really loved it and would rent again. Also we were a family of two 71 yr olds a 70 year old 51, 47 and an 8 yr old and everyone loved it.

Great little beach house

Cute house, right across the street from the beach. I love that the door has a key code & you dont have to worry about keeping up with a key. House has all the amenities of home. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Area

Our stay was beautiful. We love the place and area. Very close to the beach and various activities. Quiet area and pleasant. The unit was very clean and convenient. Love sitting on the porch. The owner was helpful and pleasant.

Great place in a cute beach community!

Sunset square is a cute and safe beach community with a pool and beach access across the street! We like its only three quarters of a mile from the Garden City Pier, the pool and beach are both there, it was easy to access with a lock code, and had ample parking and space for our group!

Amazing Ocean Getaway

We had an amazing family time at this location. Located just a block from the beach, they had everything we needed and more - beach toys, boogie boards, floaties, beach towels and pool toys (we couldn't find the umbrella). The owners were responsive to our questions and it was great to have the pool for the afternoons! A very wonderful place for an ocean getaway!

Quiet, cozy and short ride to murrells inlet. Perfect location for bike rally. Unit is a bit tight for bigger people. A/C was cold, pool was clean . The place could use an update but for the price it was Perfect. We would stay there again

Beverly Updated Beach House Sunset Square

Cottage cute and as expected. Owners communicated well verbally and in writing. Stayed 3 nights very comfortably…beach right across the street! We rated everything 5 stars…and we think it would be helpful if a few extra supplies were on hand, ie paper towels, tissue. Thank you to the owners…we left a shell with our initials to add to your very large collection!

Super cute home!!!

We had the best stay here for Spring Break! The house was super cute and in a perfect location! We drive SUVs and so the parking was a little tight under the house but other than that it was a perfect stay!!! Definitely recommend!! 💕💕

Very happy with the property. Seamless emails on time a with great detail. Great value for the money. This property is nice but ready for some updates or repairs the bathrooms are tired. Overall a great place. Would recommend a stay here.

This place was absolutely perfect!

This place was so perfect, that my 12 year old daughter asked if we could stay in the same place next year. As advertised, the place was extremely clean, the layout was perfect, it had everything we needed down to the tiniest detail. The master bed was super comfy (which isn’t always the case), the location was perfect, we loved the little pool and my kids spent a lot of time there. It is clear that the owner put a lot of time, detail, and love into this place. The owner was super responsive. Very pleased. I highly recommend this property.

Cute Place! Close to the beach!

The house was very cute! We really appreciated the beach items we were able to use and all the games they were for our kids to play. The coffee and hot chocolate the owners left for us were very appreciated! The distance to the beach is great!

Great beach house!

We had a great week in Garden City! House was just as described and great for our family of 5. Kids loved the bunk beds! House is well stocked and the games/toys are an added bonus. It’s right across the street from the beach - very easy access. Location is near a few high rise condos/hotels so beach was a little crowded during the holiday week, but not terrible. Surfside has a great town area with lots of restaurants and anything you could possibly need is minutes away. Hosts were very responsive and helpful with one issue we had, and it was resolved very quickly! Would definitely recommend!
