Perfect vacation spot

Whether getting away for a beach vacation, golf trip, exploring the town of Surfside Beach or moving your child into college-this property is perfect and full of amenities. The host was very patient with my many questions. We have stayed here twice and would highly recommend it!

Robinson Hightower Family Beach Trip

This is a 5+ star getaway. From the moment of booking, Dawn was in communication w/me. She was very accommodating to every need we had & the condo was amazing. It was as immaculate as it was beautiful. Stocked w/cooking utensils, games linens & anything you may need. Parking & location were ideal for anything & everything . Indoor & outdoor pools are gated & awesome!! Beds were so comfortable! I look forward to staying here again! Book this gem!! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!

Baseball Tournament

Lovely vacation stay!

We had a wonderful week staying in this condo!! It was a great spot on the complex -walking distance to the pools, golf course and mini golf course. It also has a pickle ball court and sand volleyball area. The pool area is very nice! The unit was super clean and so adorable. It has all the necessities for cooking, baking and extras (board games, books, cards). The unit is about a 4 min drive to the beach. Beach parking is only $2/hr or $10/for the day if you rent when the golf cart shuttle isn't available (non summer). The beach area also has bathrooms available near the parking. Their condo is on the main floor and sitting on the porch was so relaxing with the pond and fountain noise. We would definitely rent from them again! Very nice people to rent from.

Wonderful place!

The condo was perfect! Everything you could need to enjoy a stay at the beach!! Including a cooler for your picnic. The property is lovely and the condo was exactly as described. If anything, the photos don’t do it justice. The pool area was great with a nice big outdoor pool. Dawn was very helpful with timely communications. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

We’ve never rented a condo like this. Some fear of not being able to get in or having problems and not being able to get in touch with anyone. This was far from the scenario. The information was texted E-mailed a few days prior. East access; clean quarters. Beds all made with fresh towels. We should have looked it over a little better before we went to the store. We hardly needed any item, but food. We were able to contact owner via text and, she answered timely. And, if Idbtaken the time to read the info page sent to me we could have avoided those phone calls😂 Over all, very easy and pleasant stay.

Looking for a great place to stay near the beach?

My husband and I were very impressed with our stay at this property. Unpacking the car when we arrived was so simple, as this property is on the first floor and only steps away from the parking lot. The property owner always answered our questions in a timely way. We were so happy with our stay at this property that we hope to stay there next summer!

Great Home Base

Dawn's condo was everything we needed. We were in town for a baseball tournament and wanted a comfortable and spacious place to head back to after a long day of games. We were very happy with space, beds, furniture, kitchen, and patio. Laundry room was a plus. The condo was close to everything we needed and easy access to the main roads. I would recommend staying at Dawn's place if you are staying in Myrtle Beach.

A trip to remember

I cannot say enough about this property. The pictures did not do this property justice. It was clean, plenty of room, and the location was perfect. We have rented condos in the past and I have never ever been more pleased with a condo as I was with this stay. From booking to check out everything was super easy. It is located in an area with easy access to highways and grocery stores. The resort was extremely quiet which is a huge plus! This trip was for my daughter’s wedding. We had ample closet space for all of the formal and casual wear. We had room to move and get ready and even bring some items back afterwards. The kitchen allowed us to cook plenty of meals and we had more than enough room to have two or three people in the kitchen at the same time. We utilized the linen service so there was no need to pack more items. The property offered many amenities for all family members. There was even a mini golf at the end of the property. My husband was able to play golf and the pool was within walking distance. The grounds were well maintained and one always saw staff maintaining the grounds. Everyone was very friendly. The property is a hidden gem which we will be using and recommending to our friends.
