Only recommendation is have larger beds in second bedroom. Beds seems to be bunk bed size, smaller than standard twins,so not adequate for adults' comfort in your group, could use full or standard twins instead.

Reviewer Comments: 2024 was our third year in a row staying at this condo!!Each year the owner's have remodeled a different area which has helped bring the condo more up-to-date. Our main complaint is in reference to parking. When staying for a week there are times when another car is needed and allowed to be parked in the condo building's lot, not a mile away. Please, Garden City Realty, take this into condsideration. The inside of the condo was clean & orderly, as always. One suggestion we have is to consider updating the sleeper-sofa. It is getting rather uncomfortable from regular wear & tear. The side bars are also becoming more prominent under the armrests on both sides. While no one in our party uses it for sleep, if it sits uncomfortably, then it sleeps just as bad. I also suggested this in the owner's guest book. Once again, we have reservered the condo for 2025!!

The Garden City rental team was amazing however the owner of a unit in the complex caused added stress that was not needed. This was resolved and the team did an amazing job to set my mind at ease.

The television in the living room was not working and the owner sent maintenance to buy a new one, which he quickly did. The measure for us is what happens when something goes amiss, and the owner of this condo passes with flying colors.

Beds are comfortable. New flooring in kitchen and living room. New lock on the balcony for keyless entry from either entrance.

We have been coming to the area for several years now and this is the best condo we found so far. Wonderful Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this wonderful condo 1 1/2 weeks ago. We have already booked it for 2 weeks next year. The condo was very clean. Garden City Realty was absolutely wonderful to work with. The building only has 9 units, so not a lot of people. The master bed was very comfortable(I am very picky). The balcony is huge and it has direct access off the balcony to the beach. No going around the building to get your toes in the sand. The kitchen is well stocked. They recently did some updates and they did a good job. If I have anything negative to say is that the corner turn style cabinet smelled very musty and I wouldn’t put anything in it (again, I’m picky) I do wish they turned the broom closet into an actual pantry with shelves. It would have given us a little more space to store things. I’m the second bathroom cabinet could use a little updating as well. It’s located not too far from the pier and we were able to walk to it with no problem. We can’t wait to go back next year.

The condo was clean, well furnished and just the right size for four people. Please don't ever get rid of the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, they are a great feature for those sharing the room. The kitchen was well-equipped with plates, bowls, cookware, etc., but please consider updating the pots and pans as they are getting quite worn. Thank you to the owner(s) for renting this condo, it was a wonderful vacation!!

There were dirty linens on the bed when we arrived. The wrapped sheets were the wrong size. The bathrooms obviously had not been cleaned. There was a dirty pan still in the oven. However, we did make the prompt phone call and she came and replaced our linens and cleaned the bathroom,
