Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very old but it was clean. The railing was so high on balcony it was hard to see ocean through rails. The master shower is so SMALL a child would have trouble. So could not be used. Every renter should know this.

Our condo was well equipped with all the things we needed as far as kitchen necessities, linens and even beach toys for kids. Would definitely rent again!

The only negative I can think of is the elevator is slow, but lucky to have one.

The bed in owners suite was terrible, floor was bulked up and shower stall was tiny. No view on balcony due to rails being so high. Elevator needs replacing, it was out half the week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo overall was nice. The main issues was the master bedroom. The bed was horrible. It squeaks with every movement. The mattress eeds replaces as it is worn in center. It has boards under it and that's where the noise was from. It should be replaced with a new mattress and boxspring. It also needs blackout curtains. The lights from the pool at night keep the room light and then as soon as sun rises, there is no sleeping with the brightness. The enclosed porch is a little much too. We didn't have a view which was disappointing. Pool was nice. I already miss the beach but glad to be home to get sleep.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy, contactless check-in/out. Keyless entry & great location! Walking distance to the pier, nice pool & easy access to the beach! The elevator (and luggage carts) are a life saver & parking under the complex is always a plus! Nice end unit condo that is well stocked with anything you need! (Appliances to kitchen & laundry supplies) Large smart TV’s in living area & in both bedrooms. (Even a floor fan in one bedroom...nice surprise.) Only a couple of dislikes. The bed in the master, needs to be replaced bc it makes noise with any movement. The other is the balcony. Being screened in helps with bugs, but the railing is too high & it’s very hard to see the beautiful view. If the beds were replaced we’d definitely want to stay there again. Overall a pleasant visit.

Reviewer Comments: we stayed for a week at sea oaks 303 in september. the condo was extremely clean, had everything that we needed for our stay. everything was in excellent working order. the only thing that i can say that really didnt work great for us, is the shower in the master bedroom is very small. but i am sure this is how they are in most of the condos here, as we stayed in a different one last year, and the shower was the same size. also, the bed in the master bedroom was very noisy when we would move. might want to upgrade that. all in all, i would recommend this condo to anyone! we had a great time, and definitely enjoyed the pool!!

Couldn’t hear any neighbors (not even on their balconies) and the building was full! Never had to wait for an elevator. Only upgrade I would recommend is new master mattress & box springs or bed. We would definitely stay here again.

One of our vehicles had to park in the grass. There were multiple cars in the lot WITHOUT parking passes. We called your office and were told issue would be reported and someone would call us. No one ever called. This was our first visit to this location. We have no plans to return and if we recommended this location to someone we would warn them of the major parking issue.

Loved the check-in windows and the little extra touches. The condo was clean well stocked when you arrived. Toilet paper, garbage ect was great to start off. The towels and sheets there was plenty. The condo was well equipped had all you need. Nice washer and dryer. If something goes wrong like we had the dishwasher didn't drain someone was out with hours. He was friendly and very professional. The weather was awesome we were there 2 weeks. Beach was clean. Pool always crystal clear. Lots of parking. Loke that you can park under the building. Elevator such a plus and having luggage racks to take up your items and groceries. Can't say enough about our experience it was awesome. Thanks Garden city realty. 😁😁😁

Good view of ocean, But?.....

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were called about an extra night at condo so we did it. Got there on Fri pm and no linen pkg, they had forgotten to deliver it. The realty wasn't going to do anything to reciprocate us so I asked something to be done and they finally gave linen pkg for week free. The condo needs some seriou.s updating, needs new mattress in master bath, tvOS are old, they did bring in a newer one for front bedroom cause old one wouldn't work, the couch had a board under cushions, very uncomfortable, the recliner was worn out and the decor was very dated for the price to rent the place. We did have decent weather, the pool was clean but only had 4 loungers around the entire pool, very unusual, never stayed at place with such limited loungers. The deck with high seats were nice. The view of ocean and the screened in balcony was great. All in all a good week but standard of place was less than usual. 2

Not on any part of Garden City Realty personnel, they were great. I was hesitant to book this property, when I reviewed the virtual tour, but have used Garden City Realty for rental previously, and had always been satisfied, I booked the rental.The property was filthy, I cleaned for an hour and a half before I would unpack my personal belongings.The kitchen was not stocked with essentials, needed to prepare a meal, no ice maker in the refrigerator, only 2 or 3 forks, no casserole dish, Big Water Bugs, came out late at night, water bugs, sounds better than roaches.Elevator, hallway’s were dirty, parking was not policed, something leaked from the ceiling and ate the paint off of the hood on one of our vehicles.I wish my experience at Sea Oak would have been enjoyable, but unfortunately for me and my family, it was not
