Beautiful Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Outstanding vacation beach house right on the beach and easily accessible to all the restaurants and attractions in the area. Great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was lovely and the bedrooms had all amenities. Perfect for a surprise birthday party as close to the beach as possible at a very busy time to rent oceanfront homes in short notice. This house did the trick even though it is not beach front.

Relaxation on the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house overall was very nice with a beautiful view of the ocean. The only thing was the beds were very uncomfortable.Upstairs the bedroom with the deck outdoors the spring was poking our guest and the other bedroom the mattress was sinking in the middle. The bedroom downstairs with twin beds the wood or mattress were very loud when getting in and out of bed.Our guest ended up buying air mattress. If the beds were in better condition we would have had no complaints. A guest from Walworth

Not what I expected

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were ocean front but much of the ocean was blocked by palm trees. The beds were uncomfortable, mold all over the dishwasher, unable to use. All toilets had mold under the rims. ( They did offer to come clean but declined. Running dishwasher would not help) Realized too late that we were next to public access, and large condos making the beach much more crowded than we were use to and not family friendly. Our private access became a cut through and hang out for the young drinkers and pot smokers. The pool was nice and a reprieve from body to body beach.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was filthy upon our arrival. It had what looked like a years worth of dirt on the walls, baseboards and floors. There was food in the living room furniture. Electric outlet was balck like it had been sparking. Cleaning company came in but I still had to reclean. Carpet is digusting. Furnishing are old (outdoor furniture broken) Unsafe railings on upper deck. Palm trees obstruct the view to ocean on first floor. Updatirs did not cool off at all

Family visit to Sea Lilly

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is in a great location! We were able to walk to the pier and Sam’s corner easily. Being right on the beach was amazing with several babies in the house. The house itself is fine. A little dated, but overall a nice place to stay. The kitchen was a bit small for us, but again, we had several babies so lots of bottle washing and food prep for our group and it was challenging to maneuver around. The master has a nice deck and beautiful view, but could use some blackout curtains. I would recommend.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience overall was good. Close to the beach. Good experience at the real estate office. As usual with beach rentals, the unit could have been cleaner. Dried blood or something on the side of the mattress and the mattress covers looked dirty, stained. Pool and grounds seemed well maintained. Trash pickup never happened as scheduled.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at "Sea Lilly", with Garden City Realty. The home was a beautiful oceanfront home. We shortened our stay due to some circumstances that were of no fault to Garden City Realty. They propmptly took care of the issues, and were so kind to us about solving the issues. I would highly reccommend this realty company, and we will definitely use Garden City Realty Co. again.
